InterContinental NEW YORK TIMES SQUARE

Couldn't want for a better hotel to stay and so close to everything. Thanks for help in making a great stay perfect.

Very close to center and walking distance to restaurants.

The room was clean except for a half eaten container of cashews that was left opened on the desk from a prior occupant. I was fearful that they would charge me for that container of cashews but they didn't. The location was just a block from Times Square and that made the trip. The bed was very comfortable with lots of throw pillows and the rain shower head had fantastic water pressure. They didn't have their own parking facilities but we got a spot directly across the street. Price wasn't to bad either for NY that is.

I met my daughter and son in law for a quick 4 day trip. The hotel couldn't have been in a better spot (time square). Staff were extremely helpful and courteous. Would surely stay there again !!!!!

Quel sejour et quel hotel ! Chambres spacieuses pour un hotel sur new york, vue magnifique sur les buildings et hudson river, a 2 blocs seulement de times square mais sans le bruit, Personnel accueillant et chaleureux (hormis le monsieur aux lunettesde l accueil (present la matinée) avec les cheuveux legerement grisonnants qui etait tres hautain et desagreable avec les clients. Une petite dedicace et un GRAND merci à Sally de l accueil qui a ete delicieuse avec nous et qui a tout fait pour rendre ce sejour si particulier pour nous, en un moment magique et inoubliable. Merci encore pour tout Sally La deco est chic et branchée, tout en restant sobre, les tons bronzes - marrons - et beiges rendent la deco sublime, les ascenseurs sont tellement rapides que l on montait au 29 eme etage (notre chambre) en moins de 10 secondes !?! L hotel sentait un agreable odeur de parfum et la petite musique dans l ascenceur sont des petits details qui font la difference entre les grands hotels... et les autres... Les portiers sont sympa et un petit merci particulier a Charles. Le service Concierge est TOP ! present 24h/24 et 7j/7: Demander ce que vous voulez, il arrivent a vous le trouver ! Pour exemple: trouver un restaurant livrant une soupe de bouillon de poulet Casher a 22h45 du soir ? ils l ont fait! L hotel etait tout neuf (seulement 1 mois d ouverture) et donc forcement bien entretenu et propre. L equipement des chambres etait high tech (TV LCD d au mois 117 cm ! , ordinateur avec ecran tactile dans chaque chambre, 2 telephones dont 1 sans fil ... ! ) ne manque que le wifi disponible mais malheureusement payant! quel dommage cela aurait ete un + et aurait accentué le cote hig tech de cet hotel car meme dans le lobby pas wifi gratuit! Mr le directeur, si vous lisez ce commantaire revoyez votre positionsur le wifi et passez le en gratuit, ca ne vous coutepas grand chose!? (pour info wifi facturé à 15 $ environs pour 24 heures!)

The hotel is what you would expect from a 5 star hotel. The best part is its location, one block from three different Broadway shows - Memphis, Phantom, Rock of Ages, four block from Grand Central Station, about five block from The Top of the Rock, and about eight blocks from Empire State building. If you want to walk a bit further you can reach Central Park from the hotel in about fifteen blocks. The only thing that could make the hotel better is some personalization of the rooms, as a boutique hotel would do. This would make it more intimate.

Great staff, great location, not the best mattress though. All around i was very glad i chose this hotel.

Actually this is one of the hotels I stay at when in NYC. Really don't appreciate a hotel of this caliber charging for every little thing like a holiday inn.

Great upscale clean quiet hotel just off Broadway.

Location is good but not impressed with the hotel, too expensive for the price. Staff are not friendly & helpful.Every items in the fridge & mini bar are all sensored, beware or else you will get charged even just touching them.
