We stayed at this hotel the night before an early flight out of Stewart. The rooms were clean and quiet, and there was free wi-fi available. We got in late and left early, so we basically just slept there but didn't have any problems. The complimentary continental breakfast was OK (we were glad it started at 6 am so we could grab something on the way to the airport)- juice or coffee, bagels, other pastries or fruit. Overall, the price was right and the hotel met our needs.

Staff were all pleasant, friendly and helpful. Everything worked. Location within walking distance of a couple of good restaurants. All in all, I plan to return the next time that I plan to be at West Point.

I simply needed a cost effective place to stay while visiting West Point. The hotel lobby is nice and the rooms were decent; however, the remaining decor and condition was quite dated. There were no observable amenities (pool/recreation). Location and proximity to restaurants, stores, etc was a bonus.

Attended conference at West Point, hotel was a place to sleep. Breakfast was the normal yukky stuff hotels add as a "benefit". This one is better skipped in favor of real food.

Because of low rates I decided on this facility after staying at nearby motel for years.
I wont be back. I was only able to take one hot shower in five days. The included breakfast was pretty sad and the cereal was stale. The breakfast juice machine and the ice machine were broken all week. In the room the laminate was seperating from the furniture in a few places.

The decor was beautiful, the hotel was clean, and the service was excellent. We brought a bottle of wine and they were wonderful about providing a corkscrew and wine glasses. At breakfast the next morning, the staff couldn't have been more accomodating to our children. Very nice pool and workout facility, as well. We will definitely stay there again.

We were tired of the same cut rate hotels with free coffee and cereal for breakfast. For about $20 more per night the hotel was significantly better, staff was fantastic, it was right next to I-84, and a real made-to-order breakfast. A very nice experience.
