We only stayed at this hotel for one night. The bedding was clean, the bed was very comfortable and the receptionist was very nice, so it worked. The downsides - The decor felt dated and weak for a hotel that was rated so highly. The carpet in the room had big stains and there was a strange smell in one of the rooms.

It was a beautiful hotel with very helpful staff. Our view was outstanding!!! Only thing I wish the room had a small frig. Everything else was great, would recommend it highly. Rochester was a nice city to visit.

Experience here was OK -- great location, but room needed updating. It was dark and also it was New Year's Eve so there was some noise. A fire alarm got us up on Monday morning without apology from the hotel -- apparently someone burned toast.

at first I thought the prx for a night is expensive but it's only 15 minute drive away from the airport. it's located inside of loop of Rochester and theater district and meuseums are within a short walk distance. The hotel staff are friendly and the food was great. the hotel room is clean and spacious. it's very pleasant to stay. there is a hall on the 2nd floor and it's good to have a big family party, wedding reception etc.

Great location for a budget hotel

This hotel has signs of being once very nice, but it has not been tended to. For the price of less than $100 per room you can overlook the wall paper peeling off the walls, the drop ceiling that looks like it is going to drop completely. While the staff is friendly, they do not seem to be interested in their jobs or if you have a pleasant stay. Still, the location is great and it is nice to have a budget hotel in the center of the city. The rooms appear to be clean (though they could take a few minutes to wash the windows). I would stay at this hotel again.

Hotel was 2 blocks from the Blue Cross Arena where we were among 10,556 fans to witness a great college hockey game between RIT and St. Lawrence. RIT - 6, St. Lawrence - 5 in overtime.
Location of the hotel was super for the event and we also visited the Great Falls which was about 5 blocks away.

We spent only one night & were very satisfied. The beds were so comfortable - we felt like we were sleeping on clouds! Delicious continental breakfast. Pool was a little small - but our girls enjoyed it thoroughly. Very clean, pleasant service & although it's located at the airport - I only remember hearing 2 planes! I would stay here again!

Super location for Rochester Airport. You can literally walk into the terminal. The rooms were surprising well decorated and clean. Towels were pretty skimpy & thin, and our room had some sort of plumbing issue where the sink drained terribly slow and gurgled often. What was really odd was that both desk clerks at check in & check out had their complete demeanor change when they saw I booked through Orbitz. "Oh, you used Orbitz..." . Not sure what that was about, but when both of them did it, it was rather odd...

Checked in @ 1:45 am after a long drive. The clerk was very friendly and helpful.
There was plenty of parking spaces and not a long walk to room. The room was spacious and in good shape. We went right to bed.

The hotel is very close to the university. Recentlly renovated. All the people are very polite and friendly. There is one washer and one dryer, but they were always available. there are also a small pool and asmall gym. The rooms are big enough and there is wireless internet.
When I wanted to print something (like boarding passes), it was for free.

The hotel was in a convenient location, in walking distance to 3 great restaurants, across the street from Monroe Community College. The hotel as centrally located near shopping areas in an upscale neighborhood. The downside was the pool was invaded by a dozen preteen boys on a field trip. Consequently, I was not able to enjoy the jazzuci the way I had invisioned and given the price I paid ($150 per night) I expected to be free of this kind of chaos.

Stayed at the hotel for one night. I checked in and went right to bed, sleeping for 12 hours in a very comfortable bed. Breakfast next morning was good, although I would have preferred a slightly better selection. Free wifi is a plus, and the hotel is walkable to nearby shopping and restaurants, which is good for someone like me who does not have a car. If you do have a car, the hotel is right next to Rte. 390, which is very convenient. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for anyone who is visiting the Rochester area.

I was put in a smoking room (I think I failed to request non-smoking) and it definitely smelled of smoke. The hotel gladly exchanged my room upon request. The staff was excellent and friendly!!

this hotel was very convient to everything we wanted to see: Seneca Park Zoo, Seabreeze and Darien Lake..also a Wegmans is close by (frig in ROOM yay) and lots to do on Monore Ave.. bowling, shopping and dining! we will definately use this hotel again.. and the BREAKFAST was great!

the hotel is lovely, the rooms are nice and clean, the staff is very friendly and accommodating, and it is located near the mall and many other shopping centers. This is the third time my friend and I have stayed here. We will be staying here again next year. We always enjoy ourselves at this hotel.

We stayed only one night after the Allstate Conference. The room was clean and spacious. My daughter stayed on the sofa bed. The mattress was a little thin for total comfort. The king bed mattress was a little soft, but comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel atmosphere was restful. Great value for the price!

Near airport location with lots of restaurants nearby BUT the breakfast buffet is ridiculous. Doesn't open until 7:30, hostess makes everyone sit down while she gives instructions and then everyone rushes to get in a long, slow line. I drank a cup of coffee and headed to Burger King.

Good front desk clerk, good overall cleanliness but I am allergic to smoke and scents and even though I was in a non-smoking second floor room I could smell the residual smoke in the room coming from other rooms...woke up with a totally plugged up nose. Other than that it was great.
Ohh, forgot about the deodorizer in the gym...every few minuts it sprays this scent to mask odours but I could not finish my workout because of the chemical smell - prefer the scent of b.o.!
