This was the nicest Hilton I have stayed at. The staff were all very friendly and helpful from the valet to the concierge to the front desk.
The room was spacious and I slept like a baby.
The location was the best part though. It is located right at Easton which I always visit every trip to Columbus. The hotel is steps away from a number of restaurants, shopping and various watering holes. It was great.
I also ordered breakfast through room service and it was delicious.

I stayed here while attending a conference. The "conference rate" at the hotel where the conference was hosted was sold out by the time I registered. After some investigation, I found this hotel to be very near the conference hotel and had a better price. Not only was the price better, I found the facilities to be more comfortable and quiet than the conference hotel. I'll be staying here again the next time I'm at a conference in the area. Very pleased.

The hotel had all the amenities of being at home - a decent gym, outdoor basketball court and complimentary meals on weekdays. Although it was closed for the season, the hot tub and pool looked pretty nice.

We came to Columbus to visit the AQS quilt show at the Columbus Convention Center. The hotel was convenient for us as well as clean with a very pleasant staff. We would certainly be willing to stay there another time.

The Cable did not work. I arrived at 8:pm and the cable was out all night. No explanation was given. I was told several times that it would be on in a few minutes. At 12:20 am it still did not work. I had to go to the front dest twice for keys. Each time I was given new keys they did not work. Third time the charm.
There is nothing really around this hotel. Bad location.
I will not go back to this hotel

This was the 2nd time I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express. I like the location, room cleanliness and so on. I stayed on the 3rd floor and when it came time to take a shower, there was almost no water pressure. The water never really got hot either. I did inform the front desk and the person did say she would tell the maintenance person. The next morning the same thing if not worse. The other problem I had was my HBO was scrambled. I mostly watched the games when I was in the room so it didn't matter. I did mention it to the desk at checkout.

I booked with the Wilmington Inn to save a little cash - it's over $30 cheaper than a chain hotel. After two minutes in the bed I wished I had splurged and gone to another hotel.
The mattress was beyond firm and was very uncomfortable to sleep on, and the pillows were very flat and gave little support. It was only slightly better than sleeping on the floor.

We ordered the deluxe queen room but due to a mess up we were given a studio queen. This was not good because we were planning on using the couch bed for a guest one night. The room was also slightly musty but seemed clean enough. We liked having a full kitchen in the room but only made use of the refrigerator. We were disappointed to find that the pool was no longer usable.

Our family was in town for a wedding and this hotel was great. The kitchens included a dishwasher and large refrigerator with ice maker, plus an electric 3-burner stovetop range. It had a big closet with plenty nice wooden hangers. The only drawbacks were that we were all accustomed to king beds and this hotel had queen beds. Also we could hear people walking on the floor above us early in the morning so request the top floor. Coffee makers are the tiny ones and extra coffee is normally sold for $1 in the hotel store. The front desk gave us extra coffee free on request.

We were in town for my nieces graduation party. They live in Pataskala and it's kinda crazy but there are no real hotels in that area. You are left with three choices which are 20-30 minutes away. Gahanna/Reynoldsburg/Newark. Maybe someone should build a decent hotel in that area.
Hotel was very clean...staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was adequate...at the time we ate it was very busy. Pool was nice but very crowded. There were approx 20 in the pool from 7pm-9pm. We decided to wait and swim in the morning...at 7am we had the pool to ourselves.

Great place for parents to stay for OSU orientation. Cheaper than most. Only one small pack of tissues on the counter . . . not enough for my cold I was having. Had to get hair dryer and iron from housekeeping.

We drove almost four hours to see a show, and on our way in our exit was closed. The wonderful staff at the hotel directed us right to the hotel. Without them we would have been so lost. Upon arrival they had a room ready to go for us even though we were early. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Our stay was great!

The hotel is updated and clean with very friendly staff. Convenient location to campus, downtown, and local restaurants, Wi-Fi included. The morning complimentary breakfast was more than I had expected. Only one complaint. The hallways were quite noisy with other guests coming and going. Mostly younger people. While I was away, I put a Do Not Disturb on my door. When I returned, my room had been cleaned and my DND sign was missing. (Probably a prank by another guest). The desk staff apologized for the occurrence. (it wasn't their fault). Next time, I will put my sign out and make a call to the desk to be sure they know not to clean the room. This was my second stay. I will definitely stay again and recommend to a friend.

The location was very good. Needed somewhere to stay while visiting OSU. Hotel just down the street from The Schott. Location was the best part of the whole deal...beds were terrible. Rock hard. Air conditioner would not cool the room until we took the dirty filters out and laid them on the floor. Front desk staff nothing to write home about. Not very friendly but not really rude, either. Breakfast was typical fare. They put the bacon in a covered warmer with the sausage and scrambled eggs...made for VERY soggy bacon! All in all, it was very unimpressive.

University Plaza Hotel and Conference Center is a great choice if you are a buckeye fan. On game day the staff is dressed in osu attire, it gives a great feeling of community with the school.

Located at the edge of the OSU campus this hotel is perfect when visiting your student or attending college activities. Clean, breakfast is wonderful, close to shopping as well as the main campuss.

The room was very clean and the staff were friendly. It is nothing special or extravagant. Just plain ordinary. Don't ask for anything extra such as a mini fridge or cot because no matter how many times you ask their response is well look into it and you will never get it.

Great stay at the Lofts!

I had a wonderful experience at the Lofts. My room was clean, and comfortable, it was set in the heart of downtown around great restaurants, and an easy 5 minute drive to the Short North District, and a 20 minute drive to Easton for great shopping. The front desk staff were friendly and pleasant, the only small foul up was when my room key did not work twice, but it was easily resolved. At night when I turned the light on there did seem to be quite a good amount of dust...which i'm allergic to, but overall I really enjoyed my stay and would stay here again!

My only complaint is that you basically HAVE to valet park because of the location. But, the room was perfect, the staff was extremely nice and accommodating, very updated room, it was a really delightful stay.

We selected the Drury because it was so highly rated on Travel Advisor. Everything was very fine except that the walls are apparently very thin and we could hear conversations and noise from other rooms that kept us mostly awake until 2AM or so.
I recommend it with some reservations.
