very nice hotel
This hotel was very nice, friendly helpful staff, very clean,room very comfortable. Beds a little soft for my taste, but otherwise fine. We were on a college tour trip and it was very close to Univ of Dayton...otherwise, there is nothing surrounding the hotel, but it was fine for our purposes. Wish there was complementary breakfast, but would definitely stay there again.

Great Service and Location to UD!
This hotel was great! We were in town for a University of Dayton game and the stadium was right across the street. A quick walk to the stadium and a 5-minute drive from campus made the trip perfect! The room was immaculate and all the employees were incredibly helpful when we needed directions.

Great stay for Dayton University events
This was a nice clean hotel. We attended a Dayton University sporting event and the location was perfect. This hotel was in walking distance from Dayton arena.

Dayton mall was a short drive south on 75. Easy to get there and back, about a 10 minute trip.

Great Comfort
After many many delays with our flights - it took us 6 additional hours and many different location and to arrive at the hotel and see those wonderful fluffy beds we just melted!!! It was the nicest part of our day...

Standard Courtyard, and that's about it.
We stayed at this hotel, because it was across the street from the start of the Dayton Half-Marathon, which we were running. Otherwise, there is no reason to stay there; it's in the middle of nowhere, with no decent restaurants around. My reservation indicated a suite with a sofa bed; instead, we were given a decent-sized room, but no suite. The hotel is a typical Courtyard, and the staff members were pleasant. However, the water was lukewarm at best and never got hot. Plus, the towels were thin and skimpy. Was just passable for a one-night stay, but I'd be hard-pressed to stay there again.

Dinner at Coco's Bistro, in the Oregon District. Very good food, good service, nice atmosphere, good wine list, and reasonably priced.
