The staff was so friendly at the desk every time we needed help with directions etc. Brianne was especially nice and helpful. The breakfast was very good and presented very well. Loved Sondra! We would have liked if there was some sort of restaurant or bar/room service there or at least next door. Exercise room could have used a few free weights but very nice cardio equipment.

The hotel was very nice, very clean, heated pool and great gym. The only thin i did not like that much was the room size. It was a little small but overall no complains because we dont go to a hotel to stay in the room all day. The staff is great and the location of the hotel cant be in a better place. we love it.

The suite had a nice layout with large sofa lounging area, desk and desk chair, barrier between bed and lounging area, TV viewable from both areas and separate toilet/sink and shower/sink. The free breakfast offered about everything you would want. The Interstate causes a little noise on one side of the building. The hotel is quite new, with an attractive central eating area, if you like modern design.
The sofa had a divided coffee table which was handy for snacking. The microwave, fridge and coffee service were fine. The shower door was plain glass, which might be a privac concern for someone using the sink. The bathroom had no towel racks.

The hotel does not have a shuttle service to the airport. Although the room was very clean, the carpet was threadbare in spots, the light fixture in the hall was hanging from the ceiling and the toilet wobbled when you used it.

Hotel was clean. Some what dated. Breakfast was good, but had to wait sometimes for it to be reloaded. On their website it had an indoor pool, this place does NOT have one. It also showed a children's play area, this hotel did not have one. The service desk was ok, didn't seem too welcoming when we arrived. The best thing about this hotel would be it's location to Hershey. More than likely would not stay there again.

we just stayed overnight. The hotel needs a good cleaning. The carpet did not look very clean in the rooms or in the hall ways. The TV signal came and went. The matresses had bumps is in ( over use). Could use new ones. The hot water (shower)seamed to be way to hot. No media room. Rates are to highfor this place.

The sink countertop was damaged and caulked badly. The mirror needed replacing. The shower was damaged and the fixtures were loose. The room was small, looked old.
The free breakfast was really sad. Actually ate breakfast elsewhere every morning. I'm not into waffles and cold cereal. Was expecting something like eggs, hashbrowns and some breakfast meat. They did have soft boiled eggs. The noise of the kids running around making waffles in a very small area was also a turn off.
Have stayed at other La Quintas and that is why I chose this one....wish I hadn't.

My girlfriend and I stayed at this hotel after a business trip. The room was quite comfortable, and the facilities were clean. The store on the first floor was pricey, yet convenient. Nothing to really write home about, but great value at a sub-100 price-point.

I went to Harrisburg for an overnight business trip and took my 84 year old Mom along. This motel was GREAT and EXTRMELY clean! Even the elevators were clean. The staff was extra helpful in getting us a room close to the elevator so Mom didn't have to walk to far. The breakfast was scrambled eggs, bacon, cereal, fruit, waffles, donuts and muffins, and even gravy and buscuits! Not bad. I would definitely stay here again.

Fairfield Inn was very clean. Hotel staff were very helpful. Location was reasonably close to airport and downtown Harrisburg. I would definitely stay there again.

I arrived late and left early. Room was clean, bed was comfortable.
Sleep Inn is near several other hotels. Sleep Inn was farther from Harrisburg Intl Airport than I expected.After a tip, nothing left from a twenty.

The hotel is extremely clean, the staff were extremely helpful, and the beds were super comfortable. We will be staying here again. On a side note we joined their rewards program, which is free, and were able to have a late check out of 2pm.

Desk clerk was not very friendly.
One bedspread had a huge burn hole in it...even tho the clerk assured us it was a non smoking room/building
The other bedspread had a six inch (at least) tear at one corner.
Bathroom was clean and the bed was comfy.

We went for the weekend to visit family and friends. The room was clean and comfortable for the most part. No amenities and not very close to anything significant. It was good for the price. If I could have stayed somewhere else I would have.

It was close to both the Farm Show Complex and a couple restaurants and stores right down the street including McDonald's, Applebee's, Chili's and Subway. The room did not have that funky smell. The hotel could use a renovation. The night check in clerk was a little scary. Other than that the room was very quiet. I slept like a log.

We were greated by friendly staff but it is hard to get to the hotel because it is surrounded by one way streets. The room set up could have been better, the walkway was small. Overall it was a good room for what we paid and it was a good hotel for just someplace to stay.

If I don't feel comfortable walking on the carpet in bare feet I don't care for the room. The carpet was old. We got only skimpy towels and only 2 of each bath, hand, washcloths. The TV never got dusted until I did it myself. Ran out of facial tissues twice and not because we used alot but they must have replinished them with only a few. Toilet ran constantly for 7 days.
Worst of all for us they provided cable CNN but no FOX cable news.

I've stayed at the this hotel before - new management. Friendly. It's a bit close to the highway, so trucks can be heard... but of you're looking for top shelf, this is not your dive. Breakfast is simple yet very convenient for a business person. And the brew pub next door makes it all worth it.

This property is tired and needs an overall freshening.
Place smelled very musty....I think there was a flood recently on the first floor. To their credit the room was fairly clean. Everything worked and the bed was pretty comfortable.
The location is good. Staff was friendly.
The food at Ale house next door was Very disappointing!!!!

This trip was a quick weekend escape! The hotel services was nice. Had a problem with the bedding in the room. Pool was nice and comfortable, but the jacuzzi was not available.(Bummer:( )The hotel is easy to get to and literally about 18 mins away from everything. Close to 2 mini malls. Next time I come I expect the jacuzzi to be working! Plus cleaning bedding please! Overall nice stay!
