Ramada Limited Chattanooga Hotel

Requested non-smoking 1st got smokers. Bedding was in need of updating sheets were thin and did not have a fresh oder. The carpet did not feel clean for bare feet.

The hotel was run down and very shabby. The rooms smelled musty and one had a strong odor of urine. The chairs were dirty and the bed linens stained. The manager refused to give us a refund for the rooms. It was so bad we walked out anyway! Do not stay here!

VISITED AS TOURIST- LOOKOUT MOUNTAIN, MISSIONARY RIDGE. THE FEW RESTAURANTS THAT WERE OPEN WERE NICE. LOOKOUT MOUNTAIN PARK IS NICE BUT THE TOURIST TRAPS ARE EXPENSIVE. $2.50 FOR A BOTTLE OF WATER. PARKING METERS THAT CHARGE .25 FOR 15 MINUTES. THE INCLINED RAILROAD WASN'T THAT GREAT. I ASKED THE CLERK WHY I WAS BOOKED ON THE SECOND FLOOR (NO ELEVATOR HERE) & WAS TOLD ALL ROOMS WITH QUEEN BEDS WERE ON THE SECOND FLOOR. HUH? THE MOTEL HAS A GOOD LOCATION. THE CLERKS WERE NOT PARTICULARLY FRIENDLY. EASY TO GET TO DOWNTOWN CHATTANOOGA & THE TOURIST STUFF.

Overnight on the road. Extremely ugly, garishly painted room with an almost overpowering chemical smell. Otherwise reasonably clean. Breakfast typical grain products, uninviting. Poor value.

Clean hotel but the employees were anything but accommodating. They lost a friend's reservation that was traveling with us and were up right rude about working something out. They gave us keys to a room with other guests in it and they looked at me like it was my fault.

upon checking in - the manager asked if we had a pet with us - when we said yes - he said there would be an additional $15 plus tax charge for the pet - we asked for a ground floor room - he said none were available - yet there was over 20 rooms on the ground floor unoccupied - we should have been advised about the charge - in the room there was a notice that said pet charge = $10.00

rooms were very nice and clean and spacious. Pool was great warm water and large size pool. breakfast was good just wish they had fresh fruit available also.Staff were very friendly and helpful

My boyfriend and I were staying at this hotel (2 nights) because it was close to a show we were seeing in Chattanooga, and it wasn't highly priced. The hotel is located on a hill, and the whole parking lot was iced over from the snow. We check in and go to drive around the building and my car was stuck from the ice! After we finally got my car out, I was walking across the parking lot which had an incline, slipped on the ice and ripped the boots I was wearing! I had to go and buy new shoes, luckily, there was a wal mart located about two minutes away. Breakfast was decent, had stale bagels and biscuits. The location was nice, being right next to the highway. The room size was nice, for the most part everything was clean. Many of the employees speak very little english, at least the ones we had encountered. The pool looked dirty, the vending machines contained not only food, but laundry detergent as well, which made me a bit uneasy.Like I said, you get what you pay for. It was a decent place to sleep for the night.

Clean Room very well decorated. Perfect for a short trip. All you need in one area...Dining,Shopping and Gas. Short Distance to attractions that most interested us.
