It was a quick in-and-out, arriving late and departing early. The staff greeted me with kindness and efficiency. Access to the room was great. The ironing board was too small and a bit frustrating. The parking lot was crowded, with large trucks and trailers taking up multiple spaces. The bed was average, the pillows were fine, the water was warm, the coffee was tolerable. I didn't have time to eat breakfast, but it appeared that their offerings were more than adequate.

Our stay was a stop over on the way to OK. We had traveled for over 12 hours and were extremely tired. The Jamison was clean and our rest was refreshing. [...]

We stayed one night at this hotel. I thought it was a Holiday Inn but when we arrived the Holiday Inn sign was replaced with All Suites Hotel. Anyway, the hotel was very clean and nice. The staff was friendly and I have no complaints about this hotel. We had a fantastic italian dinner across the street at Old Town Spagetti Store.

Convenient to interstae and restaurants. Room comfortable, had everything I needed.

Facility is reasonably clean with a good shower, but it's showing its age since the last renovation.

Conveinently located, room was comfortable but the hallways smelled like cigarette smoke. The price was the best at the time we were looking for a place to stay.

Hotel was not nearly as nice as other 3 star where we have stayed and very expensive for a small town.

Hotel was very nice. We were not impressed with the small resturant/grill downstairs. The food was not very good and we had to remind them twice about things that needed to be included with our meal. Rooms were very nice and clean. Would stay again but not eat there.

We have never been in Jackson we were there to drop off our son at the University so we picked a hotel name that we were familiar with. The hotel was very nice and clean was disappointed that they did not have free breakfast or a refrigerator in the room. It's very hot in Jackson the refrigerator would have been a plus to store our drinks. Not having the free breakfast was very disappointing since everytime we have stayed at the other Marriott this was part of package it makes you feel as if your not really spending that much on your daily room rate and it is one less resturant you have to drive to.

It was simple and clean. The staff were friendly and when they accidently charged us for the room after we'd already paid the manager was prompt in refunding us.

Arrived after a very long travel day and was told by the clerk that they did not have a reservation for us.....we were given a room eventually....[...] Pool was small....like a 4 person hot tub, and breakfast was continental...dry, cold biscuits, cold cereals...that's IT FOLKS! Bathroom...well, let's say I wouldn't let my husband take his shoes off, let alone take a shower. Good thing we were so tired...neither one of us had the strength to ask for something better and were happy to be on our way early the next morning!

Passing through Jackson TN on business. Perfect location between Nashville and Memphis. BEAUTIFUL, new hotel at exit 85. The staff and accommodations couldn't have been better they put me in a good mood for a long drive. I will definitely make it a point to stay at this location again when on business in West TN.

My corporation's VP lost his wallet and they were not cooperative at all...even though he is a Priority Club Member. Booked another hotel.

What a surprise when you open the door and see the room for the first time. If you have a reason to be in Jackson TN., this is a great place to rest your weary bones.

Telah was very helpful and friendly. She made my wife and I feel right at home. The room was very clean and felt like home. We will stay here again!

It was pretty good if you consider the very low price. We stayed twice, once on the way to Florida and once on the way home. The first time was great, a clean room, comfy bed, friend staff and such. On the way back it was still very good, the room just wasn't as clean as I would have liked but wasn't horrible, just fair. It looks like they clean the room but don't detain it, skipping the corners and under the bed but doing all the major stuff like the bath, carpets and fridge. For the price, the location and rooms were great. The breakfast was also pretty good, they had the standard muffins, pasteries, cereal and fruit but also had yogurt and a waffle making station. We will stay again if we are in the area and the price stays so low.

The Ramada was comfortable,but there wasn't much light in the room,I found myself sitting in the dark the whole time. I did like how the curved shower curtain added space to the shower in what otherwise would have been a very tight space. The continental breakfast was awful,there wasn't anything but cereal and stale breads although there was a waffle iron to make your own waffles. on the bright side, Shoney's is just a short walk away not like the swimming pool which is a rather long walk. If your looking for luxury you won't find it here but if your a tired parent looking for a quick trip to relax kid free,this hotel is fine.

A noisy part of town. The walls are thin and lets in conversation/highway traffic/sirens easily. The neighborhood is not great. The drive-thru window to check out at 6 a.m. was wonderful to use since they are worried about being robbed during the night and early morning; hence locking the door to the lobby. The lobby does not look like the picture at all and is run-down. You have to hold the handle to the toilet down to get it to completely flush. The shower and bathtub need new caulk since all the current caulk is black from not being cleaned well. There are no fitted sheets for the bed, rather a sheet pulled tightly over the mattress. Bring your own pillow. The lights are very dim in the room in general, but was nice when I had to wake up at 5 in the morning and did not want bright lights in my face. There is no alarm clock in the room. No one can leave a message or voicemail for your room. Cell phone reception is fine if you have AT&T, but T-mobile does not work so well in the room. I left my cell phone charger in the room by accident when I left. I called the hotel and the cleaning person found it in my room still plugged into the wall. They did not call me, I called them when I returned home and realized I did not pack it. When I spoke to the hotel desk clerk I was told since I left it there, it is now hotel property and can not be shipped to me. That is hotel policy. I am truly upset they will not work with me on this issue. I give this place two huge thumbs down and will not recommend this to anyone who has any sense of what a hotel/motel should be and act professionally.

Even though this was among the cheapest choices, it was not worth the price. The shower didn't work, there were bare light bulbs in the ceiling fixture, and the high-speed internet connection didn't work. As someone said of a similar facility, it's too expensive for a "sleep only" facility, and too run down for a full service facility. The "free continental breakfast" was a joke.

Hotel was dirty, sheets had burn holes in them. Carpet and decor were old and yucky. Cat came out of another room into ours. Was awful!!! Price was WAY TOO HIGH for this dump!

I booked this hotel on line through Orbitz. Your discounted price that I had to pay at time of booking was $136.88. When I checked out of the hotel, their total price was $108.70. I was highly disappointed to find out that I paid $28.18 more by using Orbitz than I would have if I had made the reservations myself. I will not use Orbitz again nor will any of my hundreds of facebook friends who have hundreds of other friends, that have hundreds of other friends etc,etc, etc.

I found my hotel stay enjoyable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was always very clean and well stocked. I had a problem with my door key which should have been corrected but it was not.

We checked in at 10:30 PM and left at 7:00 AM. We only needed a place to sleep. No amenities were expected. We were pulling a 35 ft trailer and needed to insure a place to park it after driving for 13 hrs. The travel assistance from [...]found this motel for us and we had no parking issues. [...]

Don't expect anything special, you get what you pay for. Room was spartan, just a bed, a simple chair, telephone and small TV, not even a clock. Room fairly clean, bed was OK, not great. I needed a place to sleep and shower and it served that purpose nicely. It was fairly quiet.

We were very tired and stopped at this Quality Inn. I thought it would be like most Quality Inn's that we've stayed at. Boy, was I wrong. The carpet was extremely dirty. Like it hasn't been vacuumed in days. The atmosphere felt dirty. The location is okay. Around lots of restaurants that is walking distance.

Beds were not the size that was advertised in [...] and internet service worked only occasionally. When I asked the desk clerk about the internet she had no clue even though the guest book in the room said to talk to desk clerk if there were problems. Continental breakfast was stale and the OJ tasted like it was very old. We got a non smoking room but it reeked of stale smoke.

When I checked in, the desk manager told me all about where to park, the pool hours, the nearby food options, breakfast, and even the fact that they had turned the boilers up a few degrees due to a full house. It was a really nice welcome after all day on the road! The hotel is not the newest, and there was one section that smelled like smoke. But our room did not and was clean enough. The indoor heated pool was great and the staff was very friendly. Not as modern as the big chains, but for a stop along the way it was good.

We didn't pay much, so we didn't expect a resort. It was perfect for what we needed. The room was shabby, but it was clean, had a good TV, comfy bed, toilet and tub worked, A/C didn't go on and off like some do. The breakfast bar was fantastic for what we paid. Easy access to Interstate and to Union University.

Hotel is a bit old and needs some repairs. Things like exposed wires on laps. Pool needs work in it too, didn't look very clean, but overall for the price was good nights sleep.

It was the usual cigarette smoke filled, dark dank, truck stop type motel. The air conditioner didn't work correctly and made noises, The staff however was courteous.

Room was acceptable. The clerk had very limited use of the English language and did not speak Spanish so I had great difficulty understanding him.

The outdoor pool was nice, the beds were comfortable. It was nice to have a fridge and microwave. The hotel felt old, and could use a fresh coat of paint and some new caulk in the bathroom. The AC could use a tuneup. It worked, just never did get COLD, like I like. Overall not bad for the price.

Nice room, stopped on way to see Shiloh National Military Park. Staff was very helpful, recommended some restaurants in the area and where we could find info about Shiloh. Good continental breakfast in AM.

We were just passing through. Checked in late and left early, so I can't judge everything. Great location, just off the highway. Close to many big box restaurants. Very clean. Good breakfast.

Only stayed one night, was getting married the next day, and this gave an extra hour to get ready in the morning. Bed was super comfortable, everything was clean and very nice.
