A great room for the price. Friendly staff.

it was nice. Our room however had the signs of water previously running down the outside. No water was present during our stay but the paint and texture was beginning to pull away from the wall

The Ramada Morristown was a great value and everyone was friendly from the front desk to housekeeping. There were many restaurants and gas stations within a few blocks.

well according to the motel companies location guide this particular motel was supposed to have free coffee and a microwave. it had neither. also i didn't like the fact u had to pay to get ice. also it was supposed to hqave free local calls, but when i checked in there was a sign that said to use the phone ther was a $5.00 charge. the bed was really hard.

Possibly the nicest motel we have stayed in for under $100. Only two probems were minor. The nice wide-screen LCD TV reception was grainy but pssibly the best the motel could get in "remote" Morristown. There was an ultra bright built-in night light that had to be covered before we could sleep. A bonus for the hotel is the next door Cracker Barrel. We would go out of our way to stay there again.

Family vacation, stayed one night. Breakfast was served in the restaurant and you ordered from a menu. This was included with the stay. It payed we were a family of 5.

Came for the Bristol race and the only thing I would change about our stay is the mattress. It was pretty firm for my taste but overall it was a good stay.

We checked into the hotel and the front desk clerk said that they don't get many people from Nebraska there. I'm sure that they don't. Most people stay near Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge while in the Smokey Mountain regions. We were there to visit family. I can't say enough about the friendly staff at this hotel. Definitely southern hospitality here! Thank you for a great stay!

No internet, unpleasant odors, beds are worn out. They even reuse the door key envelopes.

cleanliness of rooms was not good, the pool was not in service & the continnial breakfast was something less desirable.

STAFF WAS NICE,BREAKFAST WAS ORDINARY, CARPET NEEDS REPLACING.

we were attending a wedding. the rates were better through [...] the going to the hotel site itself. the rooms were larger than most and cleaner than most. it was easy to locate and plenty of parking. we were pleased on how they catered to pet owners. there prices charged for pets is cheaper than most other motels/hotels too.

We were visiting family in the area. Because I must stay in contact with my office, Wi-Fi was at the top of my list. The motel provided Wi-Fi, but the signal strength was very low (or, slower than dial up if you could get on at all). When I approached the night desk employee, both times he said others were using it without problems. He would not even check it out. And, the showers from the lower level were so noisy it sounded like they were in our room. Additionally, when I explained that other family members who were to stay at the hotel (in the second room) were home sick, and we asked if we could simply upgrade to the room with the hot tub, he refused to even entertain the thought - and the room was vacant all weekend and we would have actually paid the difference. Long story short, we will never stay at this motel again.

It was a good visit just no pool....

Me and my friends traveled from Flordia to attend a funeral for a very close relative... When we arrived at The Parkway Inn we were greeted by a more then a not so friendly guy ! We arrived at 9 o'clock and tried to get setteled in... We were trying to get showers and get ready for bed at 11 o'clock there were only 2 towels when we called the front desk we were told he had now towels we also asked for extra pillows for my boyfriend who has major breathing problems we were then told again they had no extra pillows.... At 4 o'clock my sister arrived trying to get a room because they advertised great room prices 29.95 for one person when she went to the front desk to check in the guy working told her the rates no longer applied for the night his boss said NO but he could give her the room for 29.95 at 11 o'clock in tha morning... At 4 o'clock She then woke us up crying sayin she didnt mean to wake us but she didnt know wat to do because she only had enough money for the trip back and a cheap room so we then decided to wake up and get our day started we then went to the front desk and asked for more towels the guy greeted us at the door with no shoes and a very disturbed look on his face he told us we didnt need towels we should be sleeping... He said it was 4 in the morning and he was sleeping like normal people ya know !!! The service was the worst I have ever experienced... There was no second security lock we were scared to leave the room we didnt know if our valuables would be safe !!! Also the room was filthy there was mold on our walls and the bath tub was so slick i had to go up the road to walmart and buy cleaning supplies before we could even take a shower...Buy far tha worst place ive ever stayed !!!

I made my reservation about a month ago, specified NON-SMOKING. When I arrived, the front desk tries to tell me that I reserved a smoking room. [...] After a bit of back and forth and after demanding a discount, I did eventually get a non-smoking room. However, the room left A LOT to be desired.The room was good sized... and that's the high point. The clock did not work. There were only two power receptacles for the t.v., the mini-fridge and the microwave; make your choice. Although the sign on the door said non-smoking, there were cigarettes burns on the tub, the toilet and in the ice bucket... in the ice bucket for heaven's sakes! The ice machine was not working. There were not enough parking spaces and there was no secondary lock on my door. There may have been at one point in time, as I could see where there was still parts left over from what was once a secondary lock. Remnants can't help protect you nor your property unfortunately.If I would need to stay here again, I would rather sleep in my car.Try the Super-8 across the parking lot.
