Hilton Houston NASA Clear Lake

Hotel was well maintained and stylish. Convenient to Johnson Space Center and the Gulf. I'd stay here again.

Very good accomodations for the price. The hotel restaurant served a very good breakfast at reasonable prices and the service was excellent. The houskeeping was a little slow but they did do a good job. We would stay here again and it is close to all kinds of things to see (Space Center, Kemah)and a lot of good seafood restaurants, especially The Classic which is reasonably close to the hotel.

We wanted to spend the weekend in the Kemah area again. Have stayed in quite a few of them nearby, but this was by far the best. It's only a short drive away and sits alone with a wonderful water view. The decks, pool and patio all face the water. The hotel itself is clean and classy. Food was great at the reataurant and all the staff was very helpful. I will be going back.

I booked a room with a king size bed got there and the room had not been cleaned. So they moved us toanther room with doubles. Not what I paid for. Other than that it was nice

This was a anniversary getaway weekend and we were looking for a nice room with a great view and that is exactly what we got. We were on the fourth floor with an amazing view of clear lake. The hotel is close to the Kemah Boardwalk and accross the street form the Johnson Space center. The room was nicely updated with a comfortable bed. It would have been nice if the room had a small refrigerator to keep a few cold drinks in and the television reception on most of the HD channels was very bad. All in all it was a great room and an enjoyable weekend.

Helpful staff. I was at the hotel earlier than regular check-in time and staff member was able to accommodate me and allowed me to check-in earlier. Friendly wait staff at the hotel restaurant. work-out facility was clean and had water and towels. comfortable rooms.

The staff at the Hilton were fantastic. Nina was the front desk clerk and when we had a small problem in our room she quickly corrected it and provided us a couple of free drinks at the lounge. The resturant was absolutely great.

Hubby and I wanted to get away but be close if needed. Hotel is close to the Kemah boardwalk, restaurants and movies. We were able to do it all in one night. The room had a beautiful view was very clean and beds were comfortable. Loved the noon check out (gave us a lil extra time away)! The only thing I wish the hotel had was the free breakfasts that most are offering now. Will stay there again!

Visited NASA, gathered with family

beware of the poor customer service....okay for a simple hotel, okay rooms and all--but no customer service. not dependable especially if you are planning an event/wedding. staff will not respond to any request. they sent away one of our guest during the wedding due to incompetent staff and then the manager purposely avoided my calls. i should dispute the charge on my credit card...3k, that'll show them. instead, i am currently in the process of filing a complaint with hhonors. hopefully the coward chic in charge finds a new job, or starts to mop the floors and lets someone else run the hotel properly.
