I ordered a King Jacuzzi suit; expecting a great room for the priceI had paid. The room was an average low priced MOTEL room, with a Jacuzzi.
The jacuzzi was great; had lots of fun. But you can not just throw a jacuzzi in a room and call it a suite. I was very dissapointed in my stay; expecting a "suite" for $114.00 a night, and got a $50.00 a night "TOPS" room. I do not recommend this room, if you want a suite. Alarm clock did not work, all appliances were outdated, I did not even think they made 25" box tv's anymore, and the operater never answerd the phone, so I could leave a wake up call.

The front desk staff was not friendly. I paid extra for room with amenities and got a room without a fridge and microwave instead. One plus is that it is located beside a fantastic restaurant which serves really good food.

We chose this hotel for it was the closet to Bristol Speedway that had great rates and we felt that we would get a good clean room from a name we can trust. This was not the best we have ever stayed at, but it was not the worst. Over all the staff was very nice, hotel and room were clean and the waffles at breakfast were great.

The Wytheville Va Comfort Inn was clean and roomy. Staff were friendly. The location was too far away from the area where I spent the week-end, but there was a lot going on in town. There was no dining room, but there were several places to eat nearby.

I driving from Holland, MI to Charleston, SC and this place was a great place to stop. I thought about a different chain (starts with Holiday...), but really glad I didn't. The location was awesome, staff was very friendly, hotel was clean, and has very comfortable rooms! One thing that took me by surprise was that the water pressure seemed really strong for a hotel. The pillows are a bit on the firm side, so if you like a softer one bring your own. Other than that, which isn't much, everything was great!

Nice hotel at a budget price. Nothing fancy by any stretch but comfortable, clean and affordable. Very few in this price range that maintain high standards. I will stay there again when I am travelling through. Management was very courteous and it was a pleasurable stay!

Room was not ready at check in time, we were told it would be 5-15 minutes. After 25 minutes no one had even come close to coming to room. Left for event and returned at 1 am. Barely any toliet paper, no tissues and see through towels for one even though it was double occupancy. Rooms needed a lot of attention.

I was extremely pleased with my visit here. For the affordable price, I have never seen better. My room was outdated in decor, but more importantly it was well kept and immaculately clean. I was very impressed. Bathroom was very clean, floor and walls had no dust bunnies or cobwebs, sheets and towels smelled fresh, and the bed was free of bed bugs and hair. I was even pleasantly surprised with the continental breakfast which even included mini sausage biscuits. Oh and the shower head/pressure was NICE (pet peeve of mine)! The lady at the desk was genuinely friendly and was helpful in giving me directions after checking out. I have to admit it was a little tricky to get to this hidden jackpot of an affordable room, but well worth the good nights sleep and comfortable setting.

We were just staying overnight on our way back home from Myrtle Beach. There was no one at the front desk. We had to ring a bell and we still had to wait until someone came out. We were not greeted and the woman seemed irritated to help us. Our room was ok except it seemed that the carpet was not clean. It just felt dirty in the room. Our toilet almost overflowed a couple of times and the air conditioning didn't seem to be working properly. The walls were so thin I felt like the family in the room next door was in our room. The breakfast had a good selection but there were definitely not enough seats. Not somewhere I would come back to.

The location was'nt too bad. we were'nt to far from 81 south to Bristol and the race track. The room was not cleaned very good after someone had a pet in the room. We had someone from the front desk to clean up a pet mess.

I have to say that this is a great hotel. The service was wonderful. Doug, the evening clerk , called our room to see if we were pleased and if we needed anything before he left. The continental breakfast was lacking a little . I had hoped for more than fruit and bread and the pool had a bit too much chlorine but the rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable. I plan to stay there every time we pass through town.

Room was across from the elevator... and was very small for a suite... It was extremely noisy-- walls must be very thin. AC unit was also very noisy and seemed to 'shudder' when turning off... very disruptive of sleep.

The hotel was a good price and an average hotel. The room was clean and staff friendly. It was near the intersection on I-77 and I-81.
