Great Price and Great Bellingham Location
Room was clean and comfortable. Pool and hot tub were well maintained.

Hotel ok, nothing special
Hotel ok, but probably won't be back. The hotel we usually stay in for college visits was booked. Walls were thin, w/ very noisy neighbors. We talked to the front desk the next morning & they were very good about moving us to another room for the 2nd night. The staff is definitely the best part of this hotel, however better values in Bellingham.

Business trip worhty
I do travel about once a month. I found that the towels were softer than the average hotel's and the bed was very comfortable. I asked for extra pillows and had them minutes later so the staff was very attentive. All in all I would recommend this hotel to any traveler that will be in the area.

Very accommodating for handicapped
Went to Bellingham for 80th birthday party, which was held in the Mt Baker room in the hotel. Prime rib buffet wasn't quite what we'd hoped for but good. Handicap room very adeequate. Bed was super comfortable. Overall very nice hotel. Enjoyed eating in the Oboe.

Best Western Lakeway Inn
Great pool. Clean and safe rooms. Food from the restaurant was good. Friendly staff. This was definitely one of the best experiences I've had when booking a hotel online, unseen.

Convenience can be everything
Atmosphere was very laid back. Hotel personnel are pleasant and very professional. Very accommodating especially when notified of late night arrival. When visiting WWU good place to stay close enough to campus, downtown and highway.

Sadly, there was no information about hotel services, beyond an in-room dining menu, so we didn't "discover" the fitness room until hours before our departure. The beds were not very comfortable - the pillow-top feature was touted, but quite uncomfortable. Staff were friendly and efficient. We doubt they actually reused the linen per our request to save water, but that is a minor concern for a 3-day stay.

Convenient location
My girlfriend and I actually had a very nice time at the hotel, although we weren't there for the amenities it offered, we did enjoy the location thoroughly. The only complaint is that it got pretty noisey with the kids outside in the pool and we were on the third floor. Other than that it was a great experience and were very pleased with everything.

i got to stay at a hotel on a national holiday weekend that was a great find! it was great on all levels, cleanliness, room service, parking, check-in. i'll go back there as soon as i can, it was perfect!!
