We had booked a 2 queen , one sofa bed - kitchen unit for a clam dig weekend. Got upgraded to 3 queen - one sofa bed - kitchen unit. Spread out over 2 stories....worked great for Grandpa and my 2 sons and I. Thanks!

The rooms were clean, the location is good, and the price is right. I would stay here again.

Everything we expected, very budget and simple but well kept and clean. The pool was YUCKY though, very very GREEN. I did not step foot in the pool it looked so bad, we tried the hot tub for about 10 minutes. It stank, was not very hot and the jets were adjusted wrong, so they shot water upwards out of the water and in your face instead of at your back. Pretty gross all in all. We did book the room for the close access to the beach and it was a very short walk to the beach. Staff was friendly and helpful, but when asked if we wanted a smoking room when booking we had said yes. We were given non-smoking, but did not complain or ask about it. We were on the beach most of the time anyway :) If not for the pool I would stay again!

The staff is great the pool is clean and the hot tub was relaxing. The continantal breakfast lacked any type of protien. There is no direct access to the beach from the motel you have to cut through another property down the road or drive down to the beach. The rooms are clean and basic.

I was there for my work and breakfast didn't start until 7 am and I was to be at work at 6:30 and I went down early and there was breakfast items out. That was nice. Quiet night, would have liked a ocean view room and not handicap room but they told me I would have to pay to get up-graded. I'm a Best Western member and the hotel only had 6 cars in the parking lot at 6:30 am, not sure why they could not have given me a room on ocean side that was not handicap...........Other then that it was good.

The rooms were large and clean. The fireplace in one did not work and we were given a 10% discount. However, it turned out the air did not work, either - very uncomfortable and stuffy. Beds were hard and pillows small. Service at the front desk was good, amenities fine. The restaurant was shockingly overpriced for the quality of food, setting and service. All in all I would say the total experience was OK but not worth the price.

Overall we had a really great stay, the location is wonderful and the view from the hotel was beautiful! We had a little mix up at the restaraunt where were accidently overcharged for dinner but they handled it very nicely by giving us free breakfast the next morning and allowing us to stay free of charge till it was completely resolved. So I would definetly recommed this hotel, we had a wonderful visit!

Hotel is along the strip minutes away from the ocean. Great ocean view from the room. The room was larger than expected and had all the amenities one would need. The hotel staff was very friendly and curtious. The only negative I would mention is there was no continental breakfast. Other than that everything was great!

We went to Ocean Shores to "experience" the Chowder cook-off. The staff at the hotel were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean. Nothing to write home about just nice and clean. The beds were a bit firm but not lumpy or bad. The swimming pool is not located close to the rooms so it is open all the time. We thought that was a plus and the next time we will bring suits. We would recommend this as an nice economical place to stay for your weekend getaways.

We weren't in the hotel all that much, but it was comfy and big enough to move around in. The staff there was so helpful and we were within walking distance from the ocean, grocery stores, resturants, pizza parlors, and gift shops. It was a good experience for me and my sister.

The overall stay was OK, but there were a couple of things wrong: - One of the outlets was not working properly; the top plugin was not working at all, but the bottom one was. - We used the AC, but it was LOUD!! Other than that, the Hotel itself was good -- Especially the breakfast!!! THAT was good!! I love waffles! The bacon tasted really plain, though.

The staff were eager to help with our dinner choices, in which we decided on a greek/italian restaurant that he was able to find a coupon and the menu all at the front desk. We also were given a movie pass special which made the whole trip much more cost effective.

Other than a crouded breakfast area & no air conditioning, not bad. The price paid I would have thought I'd have gotten something nicer!

My wife and I stayed here for out one year anniversary. We had never been to Ocean Shores before, and picked the Polynesian Resort to stay at because it had a pool, hot-tub and we could bring our dog (we ended up getting a dog-sitter though).The front desk people were great, super friendly and knew what to do in the area. [...], in particular was the coolest hotel guy ever!The continental breakfast was good, there was plenty of food. The pool/hot-tub were perfect, the game room was cool... Nice little walk to the beach. ***This hotel is not right on the beach... You can see the ocean, kind of, over probably 250 yards of sand dunes - was not worth the extra $90 I paid to upgrade to a room with a "view"!***Overall this was a great little hotel. We would definitely stay there again.Food worth mentioning - Dugan's Pizza delivers until midnight and is FAST and AMAZING! Also - Galway Bay Irish Restaurant was INCREDIBLE.

everything about this hotel was good to great. My son loved the pool they keep the water temp. really warm. The rest. that is associated with this property has the best food.

Recently stayed 4 nights at the Judith Ann Inn. The staff is nice, the property is okay. When I booked this place I didn't pay attention to the self housekeeping part. Not really an issue I guess, just a bit surprised especially with the price to stay. Everything you need for your stay is there. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking but the ONLY grocery store in Ocean Shores is a quite tired and sooo overpriced. Someone needs to open a new CLEAN place that perhaps actually has a real deli and some selection of wines that aren't dusty on the shelf. Bring your own food from home if possible or stop in Aberdeen before you get there. The Judith Ann is not as clean as it could be. First glance no problem but since we were there for 4 nights I started noticing things. The floor of the bathroom had not been cleaned. There were faint footprints on the tile that were not made by myself or husband. They cleaned right up with some water and a paper towel. The bed spread had a nasty yellowing stain that you only noticed if the spread was flipped down. THAT was disgusting. The throws and throw pillows were very tired and I suspect had not seen a washer for a long time if ever. The upstairs unit we stayed in had a huge older TV that is on the way out. The downstairs unit had a nice flat panel ( we stayed there the first night). We did have some excitement one morning when a raccoon was on our balcony. I wandered out to view the ocean (long ways away but all places are set back) and thought there was a cat curled up in the corner, nope it was a younger raccoon. We both scared each other! I backed into the room and he climbed under the railing of the balcony and up over the roof. The Judith Ann is a non-smoking non-pet property, BUT gee there were people smoking cigars on the balcony one night and we had some people next to us with a dog. So much for "policies". The ash tray catcher outside caught fire one night and was smoking for hours until my husband went down and dumped water on it. It had been smelling up our room, as we had the window open in the bedroom. Would I stay here again? Probably not. Its not the worst place to stay, but really needs some attention to details to make it a really nice place.

We stayed here to celebrate our one year anniversary and had an amazing time! [...] offered great suggestions as to what to do and where to eat. Our room was quiet and comfortable and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The veiw was great and we plan to be back here.

I was very pleased with the size of room 302. It had a good view of the ocean,and deer. My only complaint is that the master bedroom's bed was too bouncy and sloped downward. It was a great stormy night. I was hoping it would be. Rain,hail,snow, and wind! Perfect. There were plenty of amenities. loved it. recommend it. Sherri T.

Although the reviews made the facility sound much better than it is. The suite needs much work on bathroom and kitchen., It's tired looking. Very friendly and helpful staff!

although the weather was not nice,the beach is right outside the door.And the tide goes way out.Way,way out!Great for long walks.The food at the hotel is rated the best in the area by the local rag.I had fish and chips and the wife had a crab and shrimp club sandwich.Next day was Sunday brunch.Alaska king crab,shrimp,smoked salmon,etc. buffet.YUM!The room was on the 2nd of 4 floors and had a gas fireplace which put out little heat,but was romantic.Wish the weather was better,as there was no sunset to watch.

the hotel was great had a great time in the casino and the beach.would stay again in the future.the only thing i would want is the windows to be cleaned thats it though everything else was on point.

So this hotel isn't really on the beach front persay. If you don't mind a hike through the heavy growth on the dunes and through water you can eventually get to the water. It would have been a fun adventure...if it wasn't so cold. It was a quick drive to the beach a short distance away.
