Hotel in sehr guter Lage. Leider wurden uns jedoch nicht die gebuchten zwei Zimmer mit Merrblick, sondern Zimmer im dunklen Untergeschoss des Hauses angeboten.
Der Service ist nett, jedoch kommtes es auf Grund der nicht so guten Englichkenntnisse manchmal zu Missverständnissen.

Veröffentlicht am 06.01.2020 auf HotelsWe had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Fanstastic chef in the kitchen (wonderful food). And nice, helpful and kind staff. Always there to make sure we were doing fine.
Perfect location on a rock, and at a nice beach.
Negative: a bit garbage and plastic floating around the hotel. Household could improve.
We would love to come back to this hotel some day!

Fantastic location. Staff at reception extremely helpful.
Only criticism was the buffet breakfast the food was served cold. However they would cook you fresh eggs to your requirement.

Close to the beach and great sunset

Room was comfortable. Close to the beach and the sunset view from the hotel was amazing.
Had dinner one evening in the hotel delicious and plenty of food.

Great location, bad service.
Veröffentlicht am 02.01.2018 auf HotelsThe location of the resort and the facilities are excellent. This is probably the best location in Ahungalla beach. However, service was pathetic. The staff is nice and well-intentioned, but they really need some serious training. They do the best they know, but I guess a proper manager who has some experience in running such places is required. Communication was a complete breakdown. They could hardly understand or communicate in English.
