problem at check out

I made a hotel booking through your site and was already paid for before going since it was non-refundable, but upon checkout I was charged again from my MasterCard for the same room I already had paid for, because the hotel wasn't able to charge you for it. Now I paid twice my reservation for the same booking. Now I'm trying to get my money back from the hotel but they said that they contacted you with no response and that I must contact you as well.
