Hotel Style Lodge Room w/Kitchenette

Three Rivers Resort is ideally situated in the heart of Almont, CO, just 20 minutes south of Crested Butte and 10 minutes north of Gunnison.
Our lodge rooms offer hotel-style accommodations plus a kitchenette (no stove/oven) in every unit. These are the only units at the resort that offer air conditioning in the summer. They are located above the main store/office and are accessible from an interior stairwell or an exterior ramp. Like all of our lodging, we do not offer daily housekeeping. We supply basics like linens, soap and kitchenware. Guests supply toiletries and any food. Pets are not allowed in these rooms. The rooms are best suited for 2 people since there is only one bed.
• Queen size bed plus a sofa (not a hide-a-bed). If an extra bed is needed, please bring an air mattress or sleeping bag.
• Bathroom has a tub/shower
• Supplies included: paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissues, bar soap, hairdryer, trash bags, dish soap
• Not included: Anything edible (coffee and filters available though), laundry detergent, shampoo and toiletries
• Parking in the main resort parking lot for one vehicle. Inquire about additional parking if needed.
All units are designated as non-smoking (including marijuana). Dogs are not allowed in these rooms. Nightly rate is based on 2 people. Maximum occupancy is 4 (but no more than 2 is recommended). Extra person fees may apply if more than 2 people. Rates are typically higher during the peak season from May – September/early October and during holiday periods. Rates are adjusted based on occupancy and can change at any time. For exact rates, enter your trip dates in the availability search.
