Fußläufige Lage zum Disneyland, Parkplatz vor der Tür, Verbindungstür zwischen den Zimmern, kein Fahrstuhl, unzuverlässige Zimmerreinigung (Außen-Tür wurde offen gelassen), die nur auf Anforderung erfolgt, Ausfall von Türschließmechanismus und WLAN (zunächst sporadisch, zuletzt durchgängig off). Wer dort übernachtet kann ein preiswertes Hotelzimmer erwarten, sollte aber keine höheren Ansprüche haben.

Good location for a short (15-20mins) walk to Disneyland, fairly clean rooms, and we were able to check in a little early but that’s where the good ends. Beds are extremely uncomfortable, they leave you with back pain and body pains. We continuously had issues with our door not closing, and also the key to get in stopped opening the door (had to get a new one 4 times in 7 days). There was an issue with the shower drainage on the first night - the shower filled up and you had to shower in the dirty water at your feet. Staff clearly knew about it because there was someone there the next morning to attend to it and we hadn’t even said anything nor had housekeeping been. Yet they still put us in this room with 2 kids. Gross!!! Also, avoid getting a room on bottom floor if you want sleep because you can hear every single movement from the room above and it’s super loud!!! Not impressed with this hotel. It’s also super run down and slum looking. Wouldn’t stay again.

Check in was quick and easy room was very clean. The beds could be a little softer. But other that, everything was good!

Location was great, rooms were big and clean. Water pressure was a bit low and towels were thin and rough. Beds are on the harder side but comfortable, pillows were not my favorite. Over all a good value for the cost and Location to the parks.

I liked that they offered to have a microwave in the room which helped a lot.
