The only little negative point was that one elevator near the front desk did not work which made the wait times for any elevator way longer. Other than that the whole staff was super nice, friendly, welcoming and so helpful when I needed advice on how to get to the angels stadium best!

Inconvenient

No water heater on the last day of our stayed. The appearance of the rooms is outdated. Upon checking out, we attempted to exit to the parking lot, but the gate was not opening. We had to go back to the front desk to update our key card to open the gate, which was a waste of time
