Location was very convenient to the park. We got "an updated room" but was still pretty dated. Our room didn't have the patio or deck like most which you would think might be included in a more expectative room.

No worth it
Veröffentlicht am 25.01.2024 auf HotelsThe only perk of this hotel was location! Easy walk to Disney! When we arrived, we were told we had been up graded. I thought awsome, this us going to be the best trip! The only thing good about the upgrade was the king beds. After multiple calls to house keping our remote didn't work for 2 days until we went to get batteries at walgreens. We had a broken toliet handle that didn't always flush, again nothing done with it after being informed. The bathroom door wouldn't lock or stay shut. And the room was just a dirty feeling and smelled so bad to old smoke. The room finally aired out on day 5. Walk the extra block and stay elsewhere

The good: i was able to check in and get my room at 930am without having to pay the early check in fee, staff was friendly, easy walking distance from the hotel to Disneyland entrance, the bed was super comfortable and not too hard.
The bad: room was very dated, there were no elevators to get to the 2nd floor, just a steep ramp located on the complete opposite side of my room forcing me to walk to the opposite side of the building only to circle back to my room with the stroller, the room location was also a far walk from lobby to room. The bathtub was filthy and not cleaned. I always let the water run so it is nice and hot for my shower, then i came in to find the water not draining and short hairs floating around in the tub. Clearly it wasnt cleaned and it was just plain gross. You need drano if you come to this hotel. Walls are paper thin and could hear the conversation of our neighbor. There are doors connecting the room from both sides, meaning less security and less sound proofing. When one of my neighbors had their light on in their room, it lit up my room.
Overall would never stay here again for the price. High price, disgusting showers.

Nice staff, comfortable, short walk to the park
Veröffentlicht am 23.01.2024 auf HotelsThe hotel is a short walk to the Disneyland Park entrance, about 15 minutes depending on how fast you walk. A member of the housekeeping team was kind enough to help us with our bags when he saw us struggling on the ramp, such kind service! Kristopher at the front desk is informative and friendly. The room is pretty clean, but does smell a little stale when you first go in, opening the window helped. The beds are comfortable and the blinds are dark.
We had requested early check in and it was approved before check in, but when we arrived we were unable to get into our room early. They assured us we wouldn't be charged, but the point was that we had planned our kids' nap schedule around the approved early check in. The kids didnt get a nap that day and it kind of threw a wrench in our first day, especially after traveling by plane with little ones. I wish there had been a process for them to check if there was room for early check in before approving it, we would have planned differently.
