Der Boden war schmutzig und das Zimmer hat nach Rauch gerochen. Frühstück war einfach (Toast, Cerealien, Kaffe, Schwarztee), aber in Ordnung.

Das Hotel bietet alles was man für eine Nacht braucht. Frühstück ging gar nicht !!!

The property is fine, and the staff is friendly and kind. However, the cleanliness of the room was not as desired. The floor looked clean, but my feet turned black if I walked barefoot. The bedcloth is clean, and the toilet towels are as well. I took two rooms; one of them had a strong cigarette smell despite the no smoking sign. We changed it to another room, but the guests in the next room smoked, and the scent moved to our room. One of the rooms had the washing tub clogged. We requested to clean it, but they said the staff would come tomorrow! The water fluctuates between hot and cold; no one can adjust it! The breakfast options were limited: only cereals, oatmeal, jam, and drinks, with no cheese, eggs, or fruits. There was no elevator, so we had to use the metal stairs, which was inconvenient. The AC in the room was good; the microwave was also good. The staff were kind, as I said, and they gave us extra beds for the kids at no cost; many thanks!
I suggest that the hotel management should hire an insect cleaning professional to destroy any insects in the rooms or the breakfast hall, as many customers have complained about this problem.
In general, the experience was not so good or bad; it is value for money, but sure, the value should increase with some caring and attention from the management.
