Birthday Get Away Trip

For an overnight trip to go to the Biltmore Estate, our stay at this hotel was great. We were greeted by a lovely young woman at the front desk that, sadly, I did not get her name. We were upgraded to a suite which was a wonderful surprise since it was my birthday that day. The suite was clean and smelled fresh when we walked in. The bed was comfortable and not too firm for my liking. The hotel itself was clean and modern. The only drawback I can reflect on was that the breakfast was a little disappointing. The omelets were cold, and the sausage patties were like rubber...everything else was fine. I wish I had gotten the name of the young lady who was at the front desk that night as she was an absolute doll. She gave us recommendations of local places to check out and was very knowledgeable of the area. She also offered me a complimentary treat from the snack area for my birthday which was very sweet of her. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and whenever we go back to Ashville, I will be choosing to stay here.

It’s ok but the beds are a lil hard to my liking and WiFi sucks!! The pool is TINY like the rooms and the breakfast girl yes only one girl serving for like 50 people!! She was way overwhelmed and nothing was being put out in time!

The room was clean but the smell of what they cleaned with was too strong. The second day it was not as bad .Every thing else was great. I would stay there again.

Boo to the Eco Fridge that spoiled our milk!

This hotel is in very good repair and well maintained. There were no major issues other than their Absocool refrigerator in the room we stayed in DID NOT keep anything cool longer than 2 hours. Our gallon of milk for our children spoiled because the refrigerator shut off to save power after 2 hours and it became room temperature inside. My advice is to get rid of the eco friendly crap. It's going to kill someone from spoiled food! Other than that, the staff was friendly, and the stay was pleasant. Just keep your food and milk in a cooler because the eco fridge is junk!!
