Someone was smoking crack on my floor and it smelled terrible. I was woken up at 3 AM with the smell. Also requested maid service in the mail. Never touch my room.

The property is an excellent, very special establishment -- the zen garden, the lobby are all spectacular. The rooms are comfortable. The shower pressure is decent. But most of all, across the board, the staff is so extremely friendly and professional. Any concern you may have -- they are only there to help and assist you and with a smile. From the valet parking to the front desk, you are always warmly greeted by helpful, respectful people who do their job well. Great place!
