Schönes Hotel und Casino
Veröffentlicht am 22.09.2023 auf HotelsSchönes Hotel und Casino! Man sieht dass hier regelmäßige investiert und in Stand gehalten wird! Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption, der Parkgarage sowie im Casino sind sehr freundlich u hilfsbereit. Das Wlan im Zimmer ist sehr schnell.
Die Lage am Broadwalk ist natürlich unschlagbar.
Was mich allerdings sehr gestörthat dass ist das wir an krinem der 3 Tage Housekeeping hatten. Da wir dieses im Vorfeld nicht wussten, hatten wir natürlich keine Handtücher mehr und sind quasi in unserem Müll erstickt :/

Nach Upgrade in den Tower Tip Top….

Veröffentlicht am 19.01.2024 auf HotelsThe bed was clean and comfortable. the bathroom was clean except for a lot of buildup of dust and debris in the fan in bathroom ceiling. There was also what seemed like green mold in the hallways on the carpet, very old and unkempt carpet, also felt warm and humid, especially in the hallways. Some of the lights in the room did not work.

I stayed in the Bally’s Tower in a newly renovated room. It was REALLY nice. Decor was contemporary with a Shore feel and for the most part, everything still appeared brand new and very clean.
Check-In was quick & easy.
Only complaints are about the way Bally’s maintains their property. The Bathroom magnifying mirror was loose at the wall, the shower faucet came off in my hand when I turned it, and the room clock wasn’t set to the correct time.
The street/valet area outside of Bally’s isn’t welcoming and is kinda skeevy. Deserted and felt a little unsafe - while ‘It’s a Small World After All’ was eerily blaring through the streets. Weird.

Our room was in the a Dennis Tower. It was not clean, the beds were small and very uncomfortable. The room was very rundown. Needs some serious updating. We were facing the courtyard above the club and it was noisy until after 1am.
I found old food behind the nightstand when I pulled it out to plug in my phone.
The bathroom was HORRIBLE. The soaking tub is a hazard to get in and out of. The shower curtain didn't even go to the top lip of the tub so it was worthless.
When we checked in, there was no toilet paper - waited hours for some.
The whole sixth floor smelled like stale cigarette smoke mixed with cheap air freshener.
Will never stay here again. There has to be better places.
