Not so nice

I am writing to express my disappointment and concern regarding my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, my experience fell far below the expected standards.
Upon entering our room, we were dismayed to discover leftover food from the previous guests, which is both unsanitary and unacceptable. Additionally, the shower handle was extremely difficult to turn, posing an inconvenience and discomfort during our stay.
The most distressing incident occurred when my wife got locked in the bathroom due to a malfunctioning door. This situation caused unnecessary stress and anxiety, and prompt attention to maintenance and safety issues is crucial.
Furthermore, the indoor pool water was excessively cold, making it impossible for us to enjoy a relaxing swim. This amenity is a significant part of the hotel experience, and the discomfort caused by the temperature made it unenjoyable.
I believe these issues significantly detracted from our overall stay, and I trust that your team will take immediate action to address these concerns and prevent similar incidents in the future. I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to a timely resolution.
