Housekeeping could have done a better job at cleaning the room before i got there but other than that the hotel was quite the halls, lobby and elevator was very quiet and clean.

Old but a Great Deal

It is an old quaint hotel.Staff was consistently kind, attentive & helpful. As we were entering the small elevator,the front desk person helped us navigate our loaded move-in cart into it.We unloaded the cart from the hallway because it was easier & when we left the room 10 min later to return the cart,it was already returned by the front desk person!So nice of him.Parking is a dream underneath the hotel & most all spaces are 10-30 feet from the front door of the hotel.The Tropicana with their 25 restaurants and casinos is across the street which is an easy walk even for us (with bad old knees)It is a 3 min drive to the Conv. Ctr.The room was clean in all areas.The 2 chairs (stuffed) & another chair with wheels were almost new.The TV has multiple channels including cable.The balcony (more like an exaggerated ledge with a railing) gave us a nice ocean view but on the lower level, you could see trash at the beach edges.There was no musty or old smell but there were old stains on the lamp shade.All in all it is a great deal for the money.

This hotel looked scary, and nasty. The staff was very unprofessional. I decided NOT to spend one night there. IT WAS A WASTE OF MONEY
