Tolles Hotel in guter Lage mit schlechtem Personal

Das Hotel selbst ist großartig, das Zimmer, das wir schließlich bekommen haben, war sauber, groß und komfortabel. Bis dahin gab es allerdings einige Probleme: zunächst mussten wir rund 90 min. beim Check-in anstehen, weil zu viele Gäste gleichzeitig einchecken wollten. Dann bekamen wir ein Zimmer zugeteilt, das noch nicht gereinigt war. Und die 50 Dollar Entschädigung, die uns dafür versprochen wurden, haben wir immer noch nicht erhalten. Fazit: Hotel und Lage gut, Personal mangelhaft.
The hotel itself is great, the room we ended up getting was clean, big and comfortable. Until then, however, there were a few problems: first we had to wait around 90 minutes to check in because too many guests wanted to check in at the same time. Then we were allocated a room that hadn't been cleaned yet. And we still haven't received the $50 compensation we were promised. Conclusion: hotel and location good, staff poor.
