Great for kids, but waterpark to expensive for wha

Clean room. Room keys didn‘t work for longer than 24 hrs. The waterpark is ok but not more….

I arrived at the hotel and the room that I booked was not available. I was downgraded to a room that couldn’t accommodate my family.

Staff was unfriendly. I requested pillows for the pillow couch and none were available. Waterpark was overcrowded. Front desk never answers the phone.

This place very out dated smell bad on elevator, hallway and inside the room i wish i could send pictures there was a sofa in the room in very bad condition it looks disgusting like out the trash no big towel the water park was closed disappointed one choice to eat some fixtures in the shower oxidized peper wall not sticking on the wall mold by the shower mattress was old and refurbished plece if you can teke of from your list saw lot of face we broke 💔 waking they kid on this place and on top of that i get a $25.00 resort charge with a place we no amenities
