The room above us sounded like someone was stomping on the floor all night so we got no sleep all weekend then the last night we were staying the tv went out and the response was that happens sometimes when it rains the hot tub was also out of order the whole weekend and management thought it was still running the hot tub was one of the reasons i choose this hotel over the hyatt overall experience was just terrible for the money i paid to stay in a "luxury hotel"
