The place smelled so badly like marijuana. The room was extremely clean. The front desk and the older gentleman who ran valet made the place. They all were working so hard to make everyone happy and make it inviting. There are several great spots to eat nearby. It’s too far of a walk to M&T Bank Stadium.

Heat wasn’t working great Room smelled like musty wet carpet Limited breakfast - water was in a old dispenser pretty gross Sheets weren’t available after 10 Parking not on premises so walking to car felt unsafe

Hotel staff were great and helpful. Changed rooms from one where carpet was patchy (lower rating on facilities) but second room was great. Would have given staff 5 stars but valet parking attendant seemed angry & overwhelmed because several cars came at once. He began yelling something at times, was not helpful and we didn't know how to proceed. Would stay there again but park elsewhere.

Staff was exceptional. Free breakfast left much to be desired.

This was a disaster. When I pulled up, unfortunately, the valet was full. I was told that the alternative for parking was on the second floor. Then, I was informed that I had an upgrade to the seventh floor. However, the upgraded room on the seventh floor didn’t have any heat. The hotel didn’t have a room to switch me to, and I have a minor staying with me as well. The temperature is dropping to 18°. This cannot be the hotel standards. I do not want to be charged!" I will never stay at the Hyatt in Baltimore
