Very convenient for downtown & convention center.
Room was large, clean and well appointed.
Parking garage directly across the street.
Property needs maintenance, painting etc.

The hotel room door won't shut properly. you had to slam it to get it shut. The bathroom needed major updating as the shower curtain rod was broken and held up by 2 screws. holes in the bathroom walls. themostat could not be adjusted at all. we had to open the window to cool the room off.

Not very charming in charm city
Veröffentlicht am 11.01.2024 auf HotelsThe staff was friendly. That’s the best part of the stay. We actually didn’t stay the night. Bath/shower was in bad shape. Hallways smelled of smoke cigarette and weed. Close to concert venue was helpful.

Veröffentlicht am 11.01.2024 auf HotelsThe negatives are way to long to list...all the way from the unfriendly welcome from the check-in staff, to the guy while we were checking in asking for non-smelly room, to wondering if the elevators worked, to using all you might to get into your room, to the TV signal not working, to wondering what in the heck happened in the bathroom!!! Only stay for the convenience of being in downtown Baltimore.
