We were a little bit surprised when they told us that for our stay ( 5 days) only one cleaning for the room and two garbage bags are included. For more we would must pay extra. Was not a big deal for us and the rest of our stay was nice. Kitchen and bath are well equiped, clean and the room had nice with good view on the sagrada.

We really value your feedback as this allows us to identify areas in which we can make improvements for the future! I am really glad to see that you had such a lovely time here, and that in particular you enjoyed our stunning views of the Sagrada Familia. I am also very pleased to see that you found the apartments to be very well equipped and clean. On the other hand, with regards to what you mention about the cleaning, as we are self-catered apartments, we do not provide daily cleaning, there is just 1 complete cleaning in the middle of a 5 nights stay and it is stated everywhere. However, we do offer a free daily service (on demand with especific tags you can find in the apartment) of garbage pick-up and towels replacement. From what you say I think you misunderstood how to use these 2 services because we can collect daily all your garbage bags totally free of charge.
I hope that you were able to enjoy using the apartment as a comfortable base from which you could explore Barcelona and discover everything that our city has to offer!
