First (important) point: the Hotel is not located as shown in google maps (or on the website) very next to Gubei Watertown, but it is only 1.5km away from the entrance. Just search for "Xiaohua Inn". And the price is much cheaper than the hotels in the center of Gubei Water town.
The Hotel is very nice, modern and the staff is very helpful. Some of them speak english, and they helped us in any question. Breakfast was included (mostly Chinese food, but also toast, Coffee and boiled eggs.
We would highly recommend this Hotel to anyone who wants to see Gubei Water Town. If you don't find any information about GWT: search for Beijing Water Town.
