Great location. My room had an amazing view. Pre-checking outreach and staff were great. Hotel feels a bit dated and in need of a bit of tlc.

Great stay, but...

Everything was very nice except after we arrived back from a concert, our door was open!!! 1000% positive that i closed it and tested the latch because im paranoid and OCD. Nothing was missing or anything, but it was clear someone had at least opened the door and didnt make sure it was shut. I had left the "do not disturb" sign on the knob to deter room service, but perhaps they didnt notice it right away.
