optimale Lage aber dreckig

die Lage ist optimal! Die Aussicht ein Traum - wir hatten ein Eckzimmer mit Blick auf die Stadt. das Zimmer war leider schmutzig, im Regal lag noch Unterwäsche vom Vorbenutzer und Fingernägel neben dem Bett.

Gutes und neues Hotel. Nicht so grosse Zimmer, aber das weiss man schon beim buchen. Sehr nettes Personal.

A gem

What a gem! My first stay here for the annual Yankee Dental Convention. 24 hr valet was lovely and efficient. Reception staff same. I chose to go up a day earlier than planned, and they made it easy to change my reservation . The room being simple but small were so well appointed. I was given an accesible room so it was larger than the regular single i requested. The window opened for fresh air and sounds of the city. Pillows shhets and mattresss great. They had what you needed. Bar and restaurant available. Close to everything in the Seaport of Boston. Walked to the Convention Center. I will be back.

Unhappy with service

Winter storm caused a change in my travel plans and the hotel was completely unhelpful with providing a refund or allowing me to change to another date. Will never book with them again.

Hotel was super convenient and located near everything. The only thing I didn’t love was that there was no mini fridge in the room. Which was super annoying. Every hotel room should have one. The rooms were also very small, barely could move around. But other than that I loved all the plants, the staff was nice and they made a great cosmo!
