das ganze Hotel und die Zimmer stinken nach Parfüm und Duftstoffen. Das ist sehr schlimm für mich, da ich schwere Allergien habe. Ich habe vor meiner Anreise dem Hotel mitgeteilt, dass ich allergisch auf Duftstoffe und Parfüm reagiere, daraufhin teilte man mir mit, dass die Zimmer angeblich hypoallergen sein. Das ist eine Lüge. Desweiteren wollte ich glutenfreie Brötchen und Brot, hier bekam ich zwei ausgetrocknete Brotscheiben, sonst nichts weiter. Ich bin schwer enttäuscht. Zwar ist das Personal freundlich, aber das hat mir dann auch nichts mehr genützt. Lage des Hotels ist gut.

Having met and chatted to you personally during your stay, I can appreciate your frustrations during your stay.After chatting with you after you first night with us, we were concerned given your severe allergies, and despite offering to find you alternative accomodation in the city (given yes, whilst our bedding is hypoallergenic, all of our bathroom products and hotel scents are not - information you shared with me was passed on via third party booking agents), we did that you appreciate that you chose to stay with us for the remainder of your stay. We did advise that we locate you to a nearby hotel (and offer a full refund) given the detail you shared around your allergies. I was glad to connect with you hearing you appreciated the move to a larger room and that gave strict instructions to our housekeeping team around the cleaning of our room.Thank you again for your compliments to our ambassador team, and I fully understand there were issues here out of their control on this occasion.Regardless Gabriele, I hope you and your lovely companion I met had a wonderful time in the city of Boston.Lucy LattaHotel Manager
