I wasn’t able to stay as I had Covid, so I asked the hotel to issue a voucher to change the dates and they refused as I had booked a non refundable room. No flexibility or empathy considering I could have still stayed (no legal requirement to isolate) and passed Covid to all the staff that I came into contact with. Being a better person I hoped the hotel would show some flexibility. They did not.

Dear Victoria, Thank you for your review of the Bournemouth West Cliff Hotel. As the hotel were only made aware of you not being able to attend on the day of arrival, due to the cancellation policy agreement we are unable to amend the reservation at short notice.
