Die Lage der Unterkunft ist Top. Besser geht es kaum 👍.
Das Appartment, bzw. die Einrichtung ist absolut abgewohnt...
Preis/Leistungsverhältnis dementsprechend sehr schlecht.

I pay a deposite but the charge me the full price later. I must give them 2 calls and three mails to get my money back.

The apartment had a nice size, but the furniture was worn. Also the blanket was very lumpy. To have no reception is weird.

Die zentrale Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Grand Place ist sehr von Vorteil. Das Appartment war für 2 Personen ausreichend und funktional ausgestattet. Die eigene kostenpflichtige Parkgarage war sehr hilfreich, da es auf der Strasse keinerlei Parkplätze gibt.

Sehr zentral und man kann überall in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß laufen.
Das Zimmer wurde nicht ein einziges mal geputzt bei einer Aufenthalt von 4 Tageb

Mediocrely managed no-reception hotel.

Through unrecognizable emails you are asked to forward your passport details and credit card details so that local taxes can be deducted. Besides not done well technically, this is a bit of a data protection issue.
In the room there is nothing, no water or anything. If you have a no-reception hotel, you should provide at least some bottles of water.
TV was not working and the transmission was pixeled, so no TV.
The indication where to have breakfast you found in the elevator, no clear communication.
For business trips to be recommended - too much pain getting everything organized.

Dear Alexander,Thank you for your comment.It's clearly mentioned on the Hotels.com that the hotel as no reception.We are not providing plastic bottle of water since few months for sustainable reasons.... tap water is ok in Brussels and you can always go to the shop downstairs to by a bottle.Best regards,

Unkompliziertes und schnelles Check-In und Check-Out.Großzügiges, tolles Zimmer mit viel Platz und toller Ausstattung (sogar eine Mikrowelle) in dem man sich richtig wohlgefühlt hat.
Schönes Frühstück inkl., in einem Café.
Perfekte Lage am Grand Place mit tausenden Möglichkeiten zu Essen, zu bummeln und Sehenswürdigkeiten zu besichtigen. Auch der Hauptbahnhof ist fußläufig in nur wenigen Minuten zu erreichen.
