Mediocrely managed no-reception hotel.

I get the no-reception approach but it is managed badly. Through unrecognizable emails you are asked to forward your passport details and credit card details so that local taxes can be deducted. Besides not done well technically, this is a bit of a data protection issue.
In the room there is nothing, no water or anything. If you have a no-reception hotel, you should provide at least some bottles of water.
TV was not working and the transmission was pixeled, so no TV.
The indication where to have breakfast you found in the elevator, no clear communication.
For business trips to be recommended - too much pain getting everything organized.

Dear Alexander,Thank you for your comment.It's clearly mentioned on the Hotels.com that the hotel as no reception.We are not providing plastic bottle of water since few months for sustainable reasons.... tap water is ok in Brussels and you can always go to the shop downstairs to by a bottle.Best regards,
