der service von Attila war herausragend. Apartman war groß, viele deutsche Sender.War alles da um sich wohlzufühlen. auch ein Balkon.

Das Hotel ist nett ausgestattet und bietet einen tadellosen Service an. Besonders die Damen an der Reception waren sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit.
In der Ausschreibung war aufgeführt, dass man "Zugang zum SPA" habe. Es hat sich vor Ort herausgestellt, dass sich das SPA im benachbarten Hotel befindet (allerdings mit direktem Zugang) und kostenpflichtig ist.
Besonders erwähnen möchte ich, dass es die Möglichkeit gibt, das Frühstücksbüffet im legendären "New York Cafe" einzunehmen (für einen geringen Aufpreis von € 15).
Ich kann das Hotel jederzeit empfehlen.

Nice location, Nice hotel

For sure we will come back there if we go back to Budapest.

Gute Location, aber etwas abgewohnt
Veröffentlicht am 05.04.2023 auf HotelsPersonal sehr nett; gratis-Upgrade, Verbindung zum New York Café toll und vorteilhaft; Räumlichkeiten schön, aber man darf zB im Bad nicht in die Ecken sehen, dh Dichtungen offen, Armaturen bereits korrodierend, Wasserlacken vor der Dusche wg Undichtheit.

We arrived with our kids early - we were able to check in and get to the room directly. Perfect. Turns out there were renovations going on and we could not use the promised pool (which was not mentioned) - okay. The front desk than gave us directions to a restaurant which was closed because We were so early. But that was it with problems. Decent breakfast, very friendly personal, very clean, very new, very big, very quite room - and a great location. And the little problem was compensated with a fruit basket - which was just great. So … we would recommend this hotel for your family stay.
