The previous comments describing this property were atrocious! So this post is the most recent, and will give you an up-to-date account of staying at this place.
What upset us the most --- AND THIS IS MOST IMPORTANT --- is the property says there is a microwave and ironing board in the room we booked!
AND THAT WAS NOT THE CASE!
Those two (2) items were of MAJOR importance to us!
As a business, you can NOT do that! We are paying for what is proposed!
When the front desk was notified, we were told there were NO microwaves in any rooms. But he said he would check on the ironing board.
Never heard from him again!
There seemed to be a problem with some of the basic accoutrements.
In our four-day stay, one day they said they didn't have any clean wash cloths, the next day we got them. At that time we asked them for clean hand towels. They said they didn't have any clean. We got them the next day!
They are no maps posted on the door to show the layout of the property (i.e. where the ice machine, laundry, etc is located).
When we called the front desk for ice, he describe where it was, and he was wrong . . . it was right by the elevator on the second floor!
Just say that!
The beds have two sheets and a foot cover. We asked for two blankets? Their answer, "We don't have blankets."
The place is remodeled and it is nice! Beautiful TV, but NO directory of the channels. Water pressure needs to be better or put in a better shower head.
Has potential, but we won't be back!
