Our room was not cleaned after the first night and we did not get fresh towels. Breakfast selection was a joke compared to other Best Western breakfasts. Breakfast items were not refilled swiftly. Employee came into the customer breakfast room on socks to make herself a toast.

Want 10 percent of My stay back. - pool was closed due to health issues - very slow wifi - no breakfast - not enough towls - claiming resort fee uncleared - no room cleaning - uncomfty beds - no customer service

Main street traffic noice, complimentary breakfast very limited options . Room not clean, bed seem to been worn down.

The previous comments describing this property were atrocious! So this post is the most recent, and will give you an up-to-date account of staying at this place. What upset us the most --- AND THIS IS MOST IMPORTANT --- is the property says there is a microwave and ironing board in the room we booked! AND THAT WAS NOT THE CASE! Those two (2) items were of MAJOR importance to us! As a business, you can NOT do that! We are paying for what is proposed! When the front desk was notified, we were told there were NO microwaves in any rooms. But he said he would check on the ironing board. Never heard from him again! There seemed to be a problem with some of the basic accoutrements. In our four-day stay, one day they said they didn't have any clean wash cloths, the next day we got them. At that time we asked them for clean hand towels. They said they didn't have any clean. We got them the next day! They are no maps posted on the door to show the layout of the property (i.e. where the ice machine, laundry, etc is located). When we called the front desk for ice, he describe where it was, and he was wrong . . . it was right by the elevator on the second floor! Just say that! The beds have two sheets and a foot cover. We asked for two blankets? Their answer, "We don't have blankets." The place is remodeled and it is nice! Beautiful TV, but NO directory of the channels. Water pressure needs to be better or put in a better shower head. Has potential, but we won't be back!

Never Again

We had a family of three on this visit. They only gave us two towels, when we requested more towels the maid told us that they didn’t have any more towels available. Upon leaving I always clean up everything, including the toilets and take out all trash as one of the trash sack sat on the ground. It leaked the red soda. My son was drinking and we cleaned it up with one of their towels, so it wouldn’t stain the floor. They got red on the towel as well as black from the floors that they haven’t cleaned and I don’t know how long. They proceeded to charge me $50 for this towel on my credit card. Be aware before staying here. I think the real reason they charge me $50 is because I had a service animal and they did not like that , but legally they cannot say anything. The manager and another employee came to our door twice over our dog, when I initially checked in I told the lady and I paid a $250 fee. So not only where we harassed, we were charged every ridiculous fee for their dirty floors . Should’ve just left the on the ground. Oh and breakfast sucks!! Frozen waffles, watered down juice, and broken toaster. It’s a joke ran by a cheapskate. Should have stayed at the La Quinta as usual. SMH
