We arrived at 2pm and were told that our unit wasn't ready. Then we were charged full price. I told the woman that we had paid a deposit with Hotels.com - couldn't find it. We finally got into our cabin at 2.50pm. When unpacking we found the receipt from Hotels.com which got us a refund. It had been a wet day and no doormat meant we had to change shous at the door. - not a good start.

Hello Robert, thank you so much for your feedback and we are sorry to hear that you had a challenging experience. Check-in time for cabins is 3pm which is stated on all booking confirmations etc, so we apologise that you were not able to check-in earlier.
I understand that the issue with payment was sorted out and again we apologise that this affected your stay, however appreciate your understanding.
