I've had numerous debates with yourselves over requesting a full refund for this hotel booking.
THE HOTEL IS CLOSED DUE TO COVID.
HOSPITALITY IN WALES IS SHUTDOWN.
IVE PAID FOR A SERVICE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED.
I AM AND WAS ABLE TO ATTEND THIS HOTEL, BUT IT IS CLOSED.
ARE YOU ALL LIVING IN A CAVE OR SOMETHING?
ITS CRAZY YOU HAVE SENT ME AN EMAIL TO REVIEW.
I CAN NOT BELIEVE YOU - HOTELS.COM -ARE ADDING MORE STRESS TO THIS GLOBAL PANDEMIC WE'RE LIVING IN.
ITS A NATIONAL EMERGENCY. YOU NEED TO WATCH THE NEWS AND YOU NEED TO COMMUNICATE WITH YOUR STAFF REGARDING THIS SPECIFIC BOOKING.
IVE TOLD YOU NUMEROUS TIMES, IM NOT CANCELLING ANYTHING.
