Tolles kleines Hotel mit klasse Team
Veröffentlicht am 23.03.2018 auf ExpediaWir haben leider nur eine Nacht in diesem tollen Hotel mit hervorragender Lage verbringen können. Insbesondere das Team verdient großen Lob. Der Service ist authentisch herzlich und wirklich erstklassig!

Lovely boutique hotel, only five rooms so you have an intimate atmosphere. The rooftop is a wonderful lounge area and you have it to yourself usually. Staff is very responsive. The wifi occassionally drops

Beautiful property, very comfortable, staff is very nice and helpful. Best breakfast we had in Cartagena.

We loved this hotel. The staff was amazing, the room was clean and comfortable. The rooftop pool was lovely to cool off in after a hot day exploring. We will absolutely be back.

Staff was very rude. Dont recommend this hotel. Been to Cartagena multiple times and by far this was the worst experience ever.

Es una pena para nosotros saber que su impresión sobre nuestro equipo humano no es la mejor ya que solemos escuchar que ellos son el corazón y mayor tesoro de nuestro hotel gracias a su calidez, amabilidad y excelente servicio. Con respecto a su perspectiva de nuestro hotel nos asombra que realice este tipo de comentarios ya que desde el primer momento que usted ingresa a nuestro hotel el trato del personal siempre fue amable y cordial, informándole desde ese momento que la reserva realizada por usted era para dos personas en una habitación doble en donde la capacidad máxima de esta es solo para 2 personas, firmando así nuestro registro al check-in en donde usted acepta nuestras políticas de alojamiento. Lastimosamente usted no cumplió con estas y nunca informó a nuestro personal acerca de una tercera persona en su habitación, esto le fue informado a usted e igualmente que debía pagar un dinero adicional el cual no pagó, por la persona extra que se alojó una noche con nosotros sin informarnos incumpliendo con nuestras políticas, nuestro establecimiento en ningún momento incumplió con su reserva, por lo cual es una sorpresa su calificación y comentario.
De manera muy especial y cordial lamentamos mucho esta situación, lastimosamente este tipo de calificaciones y comentarios no son convenientes para nuestro establecimiento.
Estaremos complacidos de recibirle nuevamente en un futuro cercano y mostrarle nuestro excelente servicios.

Best hotel we stayed at in Colombia! The location is AMAZING- around the corner from the famous Cafe del Mar and close to everything without the noise. My friend and I jumped up and down for joy when we saw our room! It was right out of a magazine. The room was huge and so posh. The air conditioner was strong which is so nice in the humidity of Cartagena. We had new water bottles waiting for us everyday and were greeted with a delicious drink when we checked in. It only has 5 rooms, so it is peaceful and quiet. Breakfast was yummy and though we didn't use the 2 pools, they are a huge plus. I will recommend this hotel to everyone going to Cartagena!

El peor hotel que tiene Cartagena, el personal del hotel es super grosero y desatento. No lo recomiendo!

Con respecto a su perspectiva de nuestro hotel nos asombra que realice este tipo de comentarios ya que a través de nuestro sistema podemos observar que su reserva fue cancelada y por lo tanto no llegó alojarse en nuestro establecimiento, por lo cual nos toma por sorpresa su calificación. De manera muy especial y cordial lamentamos mucho esta situación, lastimosamente este tipo de calificaciones y comentarios no son convenientes para nuestro establecimiento, ya que nosotros en ningún momento incumplimos con su reserva.
