Solo buena ubicacion
Veröffentlicht am 14.12.2023 auf HotelsQuizas lo mejor del hotel sea la ubicación, sin embargo las otras caracteristicas dejan que desear, el desayuno funciona en un restaurant adjunto que abre a las 7 am (no puntual) y cuentas con un credito para el desayuno de 60.000 pesos por persona (algo que no estaba claro previo a la reserva). Tuvimos problemas con el aire acondicionado (goteaba y al final hizo un ruido fuertisimo en medio de la noche), fue rapidamente resuelto al otro dia, pero para la calificacion que tenia el lugar se esperaba algo distinto... ademas la puerta de acceso funciona con un timbre que hay que tocar y esperar que abran cada vez que quieras entrar o salir... el personal muy amable y cordial pero no nos parecio un buen hotel en general

Well located. Nice staff. Very comfy bed. Nice bathroom. Rooms on the ground floor lack of intimacy, and noisy. Nice breakfast, but slow service. Not really a boutique hotel

El internet no funciona. Y no lo arreglaron durante los 3 días de hospedaje. La habitación digna de Cartagena, el desayuno delicioso

The ambience of the hotel is unique, you'll really feel that you are staying in a 100 years old property, but updated and with the best customer service and facilities. Its definitely a place to relax and enjoy of a good food and service.

DURANTE A ESTADIA ENFRENTAMOS PROBLEMAS COM REFORMA NA COZINHA, O QUE AFETOU OS SERVIÇOS DO CAFÉ DA MANHÃ, SEM UMA COMPENSAÇÃO PELO TRANSTORNO PELO HOTEL. TAMBÉM OCORREU UM PROBLEMA COM BOMBA DE ÁGUA, AFETANDO O ABASTECIMENTO POR UM PEQUENO PERÍODO, MAS LOGO FOI CORRIGIDO E NECESSIDADE DE MANUTENÇÃO EM BOMBAS SÃO COISAS QUE PODEM ACONTECER.

Eles podem não estar cientes totalmente do impacto que esses problemas tiveram em sua estadia. Além disso, ao expressar suas preocupações, você dá ao hotel a oportunidade de oferecer uma explicação ou, possivelmente, uma compensação pelo transtorno.Se precisar de mais orientações ou assistência sobre como abordar essa situação, estou à disposição.
