Microwave didn't work. Told the Front Desk staff the next morning and when I returned they had replaced the microwave. "Fluids" in the shower were low (since many hotels are no longer handing out those little bottles since you know doggone well most of us take them used or unused) and they got that taken care of swiftly as well. The hotel is clean, smells clean, and staff is actively about the hotel whether it's walking the halls, cleaning rooms, etc.
The Snow Devil attacked hard and fast and the plow folks were out very early plowing the parking lot. They were there forever because they tried to be as quiet as possible for the courtesy of sleeping guests and as more cars cleared out, they'd go take care of areas they hadn't already gotten.
Also, someone needs to let Expedia know that they are missing https:// at the front of the survey which causes most people not to be able to participate. I added it to the front of the URL and obviously, here I am.
As a result of this first time experience @ this facility, in March two co-workers and I will stay here with 3 rooms. Looking forward to it!
