Absolutely terrible service support by front desk and by hotel manager.
His friendly welcome:
“Please do not hesitate to contact me, if there is anything we can do to make your stay more comfortable.“
Proved to be nonsense.

Our debit card has been charged twice, all my intervention was neglected - money still not booked back onto my account.
Very disappointed
