Website said hotel can arrange transport from Airpot, however all attempts to call them with the number shown on Hotels.com didn't connect. I therefore booked my own taxi and arrived at the hotel after a very long journey. I was informed by reception that my rooms wasn't available because of maintenance and they had arranged another hotel for me. This was a massive inconvenience as I had deliberately booked this hotel because of its close proximity to the bus station which I needed later in the evening.
They booked a taxi for me but didn't actually think to tell the driver where to go. I speak a little russian and listened how the driver was ringing around trying to find the new hotel and swearing more and more aggressively.
Frankly the attitude of the staff at the first hotel was pretty dire even by Eastern European standards. On the plus side the hotel they moved me to was ok and without issue.
Gave me a bad first impression of Chisina and ruined the rest of my trip. I would avoid at all cost.
