Youâll be just 2 miles from the long, sandy beach at Overstrand and for peaceful, rural walks head to the National Trust estate at Felbrigg Hall (1.5 miles). In the evenings, unwind in your private, bubbling hot tub.
The single-storey abode enjoys a woodland setting alongside similar holiday homes within Forest Park. The main living space comprises a spacious lounge/diner with a vaulted ceiling, exposed trusses, and a wood burner. Enjoy romantic dinners for two at the table by the window, followed by a cosy movie night in front of the Smart TV. The sleek, galley-style kitchen has everything needed for a self-catering holiday. When day turns to night, retire to the elegant bedroom with its spectacular four-poster, king-size bed. From the bedroom, French doors open onto a private patio with a hot tub â the ideal place to revive weary limbs after a day of exploring. A stylish shower room completes the accommodation. Outside, relax in the enclosed garden, dining alfresco as you listen to the birds in the surrounding trees. Youâll have access to seasonal onsite facilities, pub, restaurant, shop, and woodland walks. Private parking for two cars is available.
Just 2 miles north is the bustling coastal town of Cromer. Spend the day on its sandy beach or strolling along the promenade, before catching one of the iconic variety shows at the end of the pier. The town also has a great range of restaurants â be sure to sample the delicious Cromer crab during your visit. Wildlife enthusiast will enjoy a trip to the tranquil Cley Marshes (13.5 miles) and keen walkers can join long-distance routes such as the Weaverâs Way or Norfolk Coast Path.
Please note: from the 15th January - 15th March 2026 the onsite Restaurant, Bar and Shop at Forest Park will be closed. There are however there are many local amenities located within walking distance or just a short car ride away in Cromer and Overstand. Park access will not be permitted during this period.
