We love the Omni!

My husband and I love the Omni! The room was amazing. The check in was great and we were so grateful that they were able to change our reservation from Friday to Saturday when my husband got a 24 hour stomach bug. We did have some false room service charges placed on our room but the Omni people were quick to fix the problem and give us a refund. The water in the shower was only lukewarm but the shower is amazing and that’s one of the things I look for in a hotel room. We were there during a cheerleading competition which made our morning earlier than we wanted with all the noise but that wasn’t the Omni’s fault. Overall, we had a wonderful time and hope to be back soon!

Great Staff, but Hotel Needs Some Attention

The main Omni staff is amazing, but the facility has plenty of opportunities. Our room’s door badge-in device was broken, as was one of the attached lamps on our bed. It was ripped off of its housing. We also waited more than 10 minutes to be greeted by a server during breakfast at the Texas Spice restaurant. The food was great, but the service was severely lacking.
