Great Staff, but Hotel Needs Some Attention

The main Omni staff is amazing, but the facility has plenty of opportunities. Our room’s door badge-in device was broken, as was one of the attached lamps on our bed. It was ripped off of its housing. We also waited more than 10 minutes to be greeted by a server during breakfast at the Texas Spice restaurant. The food was great, but the service was severely lacking.
