I can understand that they converted the rooftop to a chargeable `sky lounge`, but to ask for 88€ extra for a 2 hour sauna and hot tub is unbearable for a 5 star hotel. Don´t go for dinner in the asian restaurant. The music is super loud and almost impossible to have a regular conversation We were told it´s a disco and they didn`t turn the music down

Our goal is to provide always a memorable visit so it is always disappointing when we hear otherwise. With regards to your experience at THE Spa, please allow me to clarify that our SPA at Corinthia Lisbon is equipped with an exclusive water treatment circuit ‘Aqua Thermal Area’ with bespoke facilities including sensorial showers, a cooling walk, cold plunge, bucket shower and an ice fountain, as well as Jacuzzi, Steam Room and Sauna. The access to this area has an associated charge of 38 per person per one hour use or 68 for one hour per couple and it is dedicated to adults only. On the same level there is a gym with free access 24/7 and a dedicated indoor pool which can be accessed free of charge. Please accept our sincere apologies if this information was not clearly communicated to you when booking your stay with us or if you found it not convenient. We certainly appreciate your observation and we will continue to place utmost priority on following up on our guests comments in order to keep providing consistently improved experiences.Thank you for your preference and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again to Corinthia Lisbon in the future. Larissa am Client Service war sehr nett und hilfsbereit und hat uns mit guten Tips versorgt. Wir mussten bei der Ankunft 1 Stunde warten, bis das Zimmer bereit war, obwohl Check in ab 14 Uhr angegeben war. Wir haben aber einen Cocktail an der Bar bekommen, also nicht so schlimm. Das Hotel ist gut gelegen in der Nähe der U-Bahn Station. Sehr gepflegtes Hotel und sehr nettes Personal Wir kommen gerne wieder. .

Frühstück hervorragend (incl. Service) Check-in mit Problemen (doppelte Belastung der Kreditkarte - bis heute noch nicht behoben!!!)
