There is no one at the reception Had to wait for long at night even in the morning . The room heater didn’t work properly.

When checking in, the registration personnel was not visible and accessible. Our wait time was about 20 minutes before someone came out to meet us. Personnel didn't even greet us. Communication during check-in was difficult due to language barrier on our part. As far as the room, the refrigerator didn't work properly (not cold when set at the coldest temperature) as well as was noisy. Most of the outlet were useless, cords for electronics would not stay plugged. Place was mainly to sleep and be able to clean up. Appreciated having breakfast available in the morning.

Hello Ernest! after investigating into the situation we see that Rosemunda entered the building at 7:02PM and our front desk agent approached the desk by 7:04PM to check in both rooms. Our front desk agent was assisting another guest before Rosemunda's arrival. Rosemunda and Jennifer were at the desk during the check in process. Our front desk agent assured you would get two rooms as closest possible on a high occupancy Friday night. During your stay we did not receive any requests or comments regarding the inconvenience's in the room. We would have quickly resolved any issue during your stay.

Not good holding deposits more tha. 10 days

We staued there twice going and coming now ots more thans 10 days plz return our deposit holding money on visa is wrong while we paid threw hotel.com

Hello Mandeep it was been 5 business days since your first stay. I am the front desk agent that gave you a folio for both stays. I informed you that you would have to wait a few more days. At the time you were very understanding of it as you did sign the registration card that states you will wait up to ten business days. On your check out date I had accommodated a few things for your late check out to happen. We also informed you about your guest leaving a child unattended in our hallway and called you as soon as we noticed that child was lost. As we were getting complaints about a child knocking on doors trying to find the correct room.
